First off Happy Holidays to you all.
So my father is going to India in a couple of weeks and my sister in law wants to send her brother and iphone 5s. He lives in India and the idea is that she sends it with my dad who gives it to her brother who will activate it there. Question is how could we purchase the phone without a plan or contract and is it possible for him to activate it there and use it?

I recently got my upgrade when the 5c came out… I upgraded from the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5c! I changed my mind about a week ago, and I really want the samsung galaxy s4! Is there anyway I could switch now, even though it's been a few months! I have AT&T and a two yr. Contract.
When I click on the app it shows the lower case g with the rifle and the black background, then goes to my home screen. Iv rebooted my phone and closed the app completely out. Even checked for updates. I have Iphone5 and update iOS. Oh and I was playing for about 45 minutes not to long ago. Any suggestions on what is happening?
Weirdo neighbors have a transmitter to listen to me and my family. They killed my dog with rat poison and gossip about how I dress and about what my kids do in my yard or who's visiting my house. They are so nosey when I'm planting flowers in my front yard they come outside their house just to see what I'm doing. When I come inside or out my house they are trying to look in. If i have my curtains open they are passing by my house to see inside. They are my left side neighbors and they have friends that live to my right side which are starting to be nosey because the left neighbors gossip about me. They have went all around my street telling neighbors I'm paranoid and stupid lies. Conversations IN MY HOUSE are spoken in low tone almost to a whisper with my husband or friends and the left neighbors talk about our conversations! How is this possible? That is really creepy weird! I started becoming a bit paranoid so I bought a transmitter on ebay and yup found out they are spying on us. They are so weird they even have a bug detector! I don't know but why are they so concerned about me? I recorded them talking about recording me and my kids and took it to the police for stalking but according to the police it isn't illegal… The neighbor man has even told his wife he will kill us all if he has to cause he haws us so much. But according to the police because if isn't said directly to us there's nothing I can do! The neighbors will be on my house phone line when I'm talking to my friend & I recorded it. It was so clear the cops thought it was a 3-way conversation! I was on a land line phone too! I can hear them on my cell phone even when I'm not home! That is super weird! The neighbor guy is computer savy. His daughters used to come over my house, weird things would happen, I have suspicions he sent his daughters to set up stuff to spy on us. When I text on my iPhone I can hear them reading my text to each other! It is so freaky how he can do this? What kinda equipment is he using to do this? I didn't even know they hated us so much and I feel so betrayed that I even let his daughters in my home! Is it possible the guy can hack my macbook pro just by the serial number on the bottom? His daughters took my daughters iPad to their house to "borrow it" my daughters gave his daughters my apple info to get apps, and weeks later i found out they were reading my iMessages and emails! I've already changed my passwords but can they still access my iMessages & email? How can I deal with this? Isn't this stalking?
Added (1). I also have suspicions that his daughters gave their dad my keys to make copies. I don't know for a fact but things in my house will be moved or different when I come back home. And my kids will be at school so I know it wasn't them. It just seems they are waiting for me to leave
Added (2). They have surveillance cameras all around their property.

So I've recently jailbroken my iPhone 4 and I went to Cydia to get this source/package named LocallApStore, I was getting stuff great until Puzzles and Dragons app, where it showed me errors, then I tried again, then it kept looping those errors (Not the LocallApStore), so I deleted a file in Puzzles and Dragons then I went to my settings to find that my LocallApStore tab was missing! Without it, I can't turn the In app purchases slide ON so I can't purchase anything from any app. I've tried redownloading the sources and packages with different sources and packages, but still won't show up! If there's a fix, can you tell me please? I'm really desperate.
I was sold a stolen iphone 4s: T I can't get through the setup of the phone because I need an apple id. Is there a way that I can bypass the apple id portion of the setup?
I bought a 12000 mAh battery pack from eBay and it charges my iPhone perfectly fine but I noticed that suddenly it stoped charging one day and my usb cable just didn't work when I plugged it in the wall. I just assumed it broke and I bought another usb cable and everything worked fine and it charged my iphone fine but then it stoped working again and when I plugged it in the wall it didn't work either? Why is this happening? I don't want to be buying new usb cables every week

So i can't turn off my iPhone 4s, it will "sleep" but won't turn off. And also I can't get into my phone because it says my password isn't right. But I'm 99.9% sure it is because I haven't changed it. What's happening?
