ITunes won't let me download my purchased music?

So I bought a few songs on my iPod. Since then, I got an iPhone 4s and a new iTunes library. Since I use the same account now as I did when I bought this music, shouldn't the music be on the purchased playlist on iTunes?

Also, if I try to buy these songs again (which I'd be fine with doing), it says they're purchased, so I can't buy them. But… I can't download them either. This is all pretty confusing, but all I want to know is if there's any way to get these songs onto my phone, or my library.

How to retrieve information from my dead iphone?

There's something wrong with my iphone 4's battery which is causing it to not start up. I'm getting a new one, but there are some photos, notes, and voice recordings on the broken one that I do not want to lose. Is there a way to retrieve this information? Seeing as it is a battery issue and the data should all still be there, it seems like I should be able to retrieve that stuff somehow. Any help greatly appreciated!

Why is my iPhone 5 battery dying so fast? - 1

I don't charge my phone overnight because that causes the battery to die quickly during the day, but at night I charge it until it is at 100% and then I go to sleep. I don't use it or anything. Then I wake up and it's at 60% and I didn't use it. This never use to happen it only just started.

Was I never getting true 4G on my iPhone 4S?

I recently purchased my Grandpa's iPhone 4S that he used on AT&T, and when I first started using it, the carrier said AT&T and 4G, but as soon as I updated the carrier settings, it went to TFW (TracFone Wireless - using this phone on Straight Talk) and 3G. Does this mean I never really was getting true 4G? I'm not disappointed about this, just clarifying.
