HD voice calling won't seem to work?

I'm trying to use the iPhone 5s (which supports HD voice) to call another telephone that supports HD voice over my carrier. However, it doesn't seem to be working as the call quality is not of HD voice standards. Therefore, this leads me to think that it's not working. Please note that the carrier supports HD voice. I have already tried to do a restore. Is there anything that I'm missing that you may suggest to try?

How to download iTunes onto my laptop?

I've been to the website and typed in my email address, then clicked download. But it then comes up saying 'Thank you for downloading iTunes-Now that you've downloaded iTunes, you're just a few steps away from starting a digital entertainment collection and enjoying it on your Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone or iPod.' but it hasn't downloaded at all. What do I do?

I wanna switch the carrer from Verizon to T-mobile USA?

I wanna switch the carrer from Verizon to T-mobile USA.

I have iPhone5(Verizon, 2 years contract) but I want to get Galaxy Note 3(T-mobile USA, no contract).

I contracted iPhone5 1 year ago, so 1 year left because 2 years contract.
If I switch from Verizon to T-mobile USA, how much do I have to pay for Verizon?

And can I keep my phone number?

Sorry, my English is bad because I'm a Japanese man.
I'm waiting for the answer of you.

Stiff Iphone 5s home button?

So i had my iphone 5s for a couple months and the home button felt like normal. But randomly when i woke up in the morning, my home button almost felt frozen and i had to force push it down. (literally felt like i was cracking ice underneath the home button) then after a few clicks it went back to normal. This being the case, i actually thought it was like ice underneath the button cause it was freezing in my room in the morning lol but it goes back to feeling like i have to force push it multiple times to get it back to normal. It stays normal and it feels like its resetting every minute. I honestly don't mind it obviously but its quite frightening cause it feels like i'm ruining a brand new phone

Any Solutions?

What are my options to carrier unlock an iPhone 4s I bought off of eBay?

I recently purchased an iPhone 4s off of eBay and it's still carrier locked. Is there a cheap/free way to carrier unlock it? It's currently jailbroken and it used to be on AT&T. I plan on switching it to MetroPCS. I only have the MetroPCS SIM card and it says I have signal but I can't make calls, texts, use the web. I'm not a AT&T customer and have no way of becoming one. I really need help. Any suggestions?

Is it possible for Wi-Fi to damage technology?

So I just recently bought a macbook air. I took it home and everything was working great, but then I notice there's this faint static in the background when i play music on it. I put in earbuds, and I still hear the same static. This static happens in every room. So i booked for an appointment at the genius bar and they tested it out there, and the same static noise happened. So they gave me a new one for free, i take it home, and the SAME STATIC NOISE IS THERE STILL. I don't think the computer is the problem, I think it's my house. A couple of months ago, i had this problem with apple earbuds that i bought. I played music with them and it was fine, but i'd wake up in the morning to see a small little hole in the earbud speaker part, either in one of them or in both buds. And the one with the hole would stop working. (no sound) Thinking it was my fault, i went and bought a new pair and the SAME THING HAPPENED. This happened THREE TIMES. ALSO my iphone 4 speakers started sounding weird like something was wrong with the speakers, i took it to the apple store and they said i would have to replace the entire phone, which i didn't want to do, because i'm getting a new phone soon.

SO MY QUESTION IS, what's wrong with my house? I'm guessing it's maybe something like Wi-Fi or radiation or something that's interfering with the technology and breaking it somehow? Is that even possible? Please someone who is knowledgeable on this kind of stuff give me some information on it. I will be getting a replacement macbook air tomorrow and i'm scared to take it home if it's going to break again.

I'm with shaw internet and i have Wi-Fi in my house only, nothing else. And and a landline phone (does that send out wireless signals? I have no idea.)

Added (1). @tumbleweed_biff WOW that freaks me out… Why would you suggest that? Do you think my house is haunted?
