I just wanted to know if, for example, someone bought an iPhone from outside the EU i.e. Hong Kong Apple Store, and they are normally resident in the UK, would they be covered under EU 2 year consumer protection law? I don't think that it is, but I'd like to make sure that that is the case.
I know it has been asked multiple times, but after reading those answers, I still can't decide. Of course, the HTC has a faster CPU, but iOS doesn't need the best CPU to be fast. What I care about is the overall browsing speed, music quality (on headphones only, I know that the One has great speakers), and some games.
The 5s is only 640 x 1136, while the One is 1920 x 1080. How important is this during eveyday use? (No movies for me, only browsing.)
Also, which phone do you think will be better after 2-3 years?
Another issue is the memory. I can't buy a 32GB iPhone 5s, and I'm wondering if 16GB is enough. I watch movies on my iPad, that's not a problem, I only want songs (surely not more than 100) and some games. I know that the 1080p recordings use a lot of memory, but I don't think I'll be using that too often…
So overall, which one do you think is the best for me?

I've tried EVERY single kind of cheat to get free simoleons for the Sims Freeplay on iphone 4S but none will work! I've been trying over and over and over again with the change of date/time and airplane mode cheat and followed every single step of it of many kinds but when I return to Sims they're still gardening at the same level they were at.
Okay guys, I'm totally new to this and I have heard about cocos 2d studio, sprite kit provided by apple and of course xcode. I know the xcode is needed definitely but I'm not too sure about cocos 2d stereo and sprite kit. I don't know if I have to have both of these necessarily or not. And also what is the best strategy to just buy the animations since I don't want to spend time on graphic design and I just want to focus on game development itself?
Does anyone else have trouble with their iPhone 5 send messages and saying delivered but the person doesn't get them? Or if the phone gets cold its really goofy and shuts off and says the battery is dead but its not? Phone was new in september.
Technically, Hanukkah, because he's Jewish. He's an Ophthalmologist, he's professional, middle-aged, empty nester, pretty technologically savvy, iphone user, foodie, know-it-all, condescending typical doctor-type. So i recently got a new computer and i haven't tried syncing music into my phone until now and it doesn't allow any music into my phone when i drag the item to my phone. I still have enough storage in my phone and the itunes is updated so it has to be my phone but i don't know what it is. Any suggestions?
