Which one should I buy: iPhone 5s or HTC one?

Well I just sold iPhone 4s and now I'm gonna buy a new cell phone but I can't make up my mind. Well what I want is something that looks cool and HTC one is a beautiful phone but again people say Apple has it's own charm. Camera doesn't really matter cz I think they're pretty much the same but then with HTC free torrent movies are possible but with apple they're not unless I pay. Apple comes with tons of restrictions but it's got more clear display and high brightness. I must tell that I'm gonna be buying an unlocked cell phone.

Iphone 5s Space Grey or Gold?

I'm getting an iphone 5s tomorrow. But I'm not sure what color should I choose for. Gold Iphone 5s or Space Grey Iphone 5s? I'm a 16 years old boy. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Screwed me up since i'm onboard last june and july 28th they call me to report to the bridge which i'm a crew of the vessel.theyask me if i'm related to the little girl that was appear in the bulletin board and i said "i have no idea"., they insist that i'm the who took the iphone 4 that was misplaced during my duties but i'm not alone on that incident. So they said, they trace my address in my hometown which is the iphone said it was in my home. But it's very stranged because i never had that iphone. My question is? It is a frame up? So that they will dismiss me even i'm a good worker on that company.

IPhone 3GS Can't find my carrier?

Dropped my phone and my phone can't seem to find my network. Remove my sim and put it again still show searching. Wi-Fi is still able to use. Anyone know what's the problem? Reset to factory setting still the same. Open up the phone and the metal clip on the SIM card tray was okay too.

IPhone 5c or something else?

I have an iPhone 4S and I'm due for an upgrade in February 2014, and there's no point getting an iPhone 5 because there the same as the 4S just taller, there's no point getting a 5C or 5S because their both the same as the five and the 5C is cheap plastic, I was thinking what phone is good for taking pictures, apps and communication?

Can I transfer data from iPhone to another?

I dropped my iPhone 5 in water, and I think the amount of times I kept trying to turn it on may have shorted it out. I tried the rice trick and it didn't work, so I guess I'm going to have to resort to getting a new one. Is it possible to transfer data like contacts, photos, etc from one iPhone to another? Because I have ones on there I don't want to lose. Help? Thanks!

Added (1). Would it be possible for whatever company I use to do a data transfer also? In case I can't do it, because my charger wouldn't even go into my phone this morning.

How powerful is the iphone 5 speaker?

I want to buy myself some speakers which are more powerful than my phone ones, but I have no idea how much more they are. I have an iphone dock which is 50 watts, but I need some mini speakers too, is the iphone 5 like 10 watts or close to it?
