How to share photos to Instagram through the Photos app? (iPhone 4)?

I got an iPhone today, first one ever. But when I try to share a photo from my photo library, or the 'Camera Roll' I go to share, and the option is not here. However twitter, facebook, messages, flickr etc is.

I went to privacy in settings, then photos, and allowed instagram along with twitter and facebook etc.

So why is Instagram not an option to share on my camera roll?

Can I change iPhone 5c colour?

I want to buy an iPhone 5c but I'm not really sure what colour. If I buy any of the colours, would I be able to later on switch the shell with a different colour if you know what I mean?

Is verizon 15/5 fios enough for me? See usage inside?

Right now, I'm on comcast blast (50/10) but it seems to hiccup throughout the day. I used to have comcast performance (25/5), which ironically didn't have that problem. But I've heard that verizon fios (which is available in my area) is better and am considering switching to them. In particular, I'm wondering what package I should get if I were to switch to verizon fios.

My roommate and I have the following devices that use the internet (I keep my laptop on the cable sometimes, but everything else is on Wi-Fi):
2 PC laptops
2 iPhones
1 iPad
1 Roku streaming device for TV
1 samsung smart tv

At any given time, ~2 of these devices will be actively used, but the others are either off, or in the case of my phone, on but not being used.

I know the company websites give suggestions, but I think they tend to overestimate what is needed (verizon rep told me 15/5 was only enough for 1 computer and only for checking emails, not enough for streaming from youtube at all, which I don't quite believe).

Advice would be appreciated!

Is the Nikon L320 worth it for what I'm looking for?

So the Nikon L320 is going to be $99 at target on black friday. I have been wanting a camera for a long time (The only thing now I use for any sort of picture taking is my iphone 4s on ios7)

The only time I ever really take a mass amount of pictures is on family vacations, at concerts, and at hockey games.

Obviously on vacation, I'm looking for something good at mostly still shots.

Concerts are obviously dark, and I will be a little bit shaky.

And hockey, I'm usually pretty close, and I want something that will really capture the detail of the players, the puck and their movements.

I realize that since this camera is so cheap, it might not be the greatest. I'm looking for something basic and really user friendly since I'm far from a professonal and I'm not looking for A+ super great photos, just something I can be proud of considering my lack of skill, but I don't want to bother with something that is not going to meet my needs and only get it because it is a good price. Any thoughts if this will camera will get the job done for me? AND if not what decent priced cameras do you recommend for me?

Stolen CDMA (verizon) iPhone 4 Tracking?

I go to a pretty ghetto school so you hear all the time someone's beats by dre or iPhone were stolen and hardly ever does anyone get caught because thieves can take out the sim or just plain get away with it. My iPhone doesn't have a sim card slot but I read somewhere that even if they restore it my number still stays on it, but Its not showing up on find my iphone. What can thieves do to prevent me from tracking it other then turning it off, i mean the sim card is built right into it… Should I call verizon to have them track it or what

Apps to upload photo and change colors?

I'm looking for an iPhone app that will allow me to upload a photo, then be able to choose a color and make any part of the photo that color. Like if someone in the photo is wearing a red shirt I could change it to a purple shirt. I'm looking for one where you do not have to color or with your finger. I new one where you can choose a section and it will auto fill that part of the photo.

I have googled an searched the App Store, but have not found anything.

Is it weird I don't want a lot for Christmas?

The stuff I want isn't like big things like PS4s and iPhones.
I mainly want stuff to do with my favorite band, because I love their music.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl (for wii)
Biographies of The Beatles
iTunes Gift Card
DVD's
and Money

Seriously I don't want a lot. Just Beatles Albums, posters, biographies, money, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
