I want to switch to an iPhone 5s but I don't know if it'll be the best decision. I've had Blackberry phones and currently have an HTC but I've been wanting to switch to an iPhone for a while. I saw the new iPhone 5s phones and I love them but I want to know if it'll be a good switch.
*I'm hoping for answers from people who've switched from an Android to an iPhone but any answers will help me with my decision! I'm just so indecisive!*
Okay so I clicked on the upgrade thing and when I clicked on it it shut my phone down only to come back up with the [you know when it tells you to plug your iphone into the charger] yeah well it had the same thing as that except a iTunes sign at the top. I plugged it into iTunes, for three hours it did stuff and not once did my phone recognize that it was connected to iTunes then it said 'recovery mode completed' so I unplugged my phone and it didn't move! It stayed on the same thing and I'm so pissed as I want to use my phone but it won't work. How do I get out of this? I've plugged it in and did the recovery mode thing twice, six hours of my life I'll never get back and it still doesn't work. I'm honestly in tears because it's pissing me off!
I currently have a blackberry which I absolutely dispise. I'm under contract with it for another year and a half however I want to end the contract and purchase an iPhone 5s.
The iPhone cost around $200 under contract which is $75 each month for 2 years. It costs $700 without a contract. I'm not willing to pay $75 a month for it and the full price of the phone is just too much.
How can I end my contract without having to spend a great deal of money? And is it possibly to buy the 5s under contract and unlock/break the contract?
I'm a 13 year old girl, and in years past I've always asked my parents to save their money, and not spend it on me, but no matter what, they will always ask me what I want anyways. It's very sweet of them, but I wouldn't even know what to ask for. Could you help me think of something?

I've heard of people stealing iphone 5's from the back of a van, and selling them off as cheap as 200 for iphones and 100 for ipods, basically can these phones be traced, or can a network determine if its stolen?
