Basically my ex- friends child got hold of my phone and dropped it on the floor and shattered my screen, she was really apologetic and said she will pay for my phone, I text her and asked when she would do it and is now refusing to pay when she had said she would, I don't have the money to pay for it but yet she lives at home with her parents etc just wondering if I could have a bit of advice?

My iphone will download any other app but then I tried to re download the sims freeplay app because I found out it had had an update and so I decided I wanted to play it again but when I try and download it it just says loading on the app and the amount that's loaded stays very small help?

I have an iPhone 3GS and it only charges when it's turned off because the charger hold inside, some of it's broken off. But I can get any apps and the software on it is 4.1 and I'd like to update to 6.1 but I can't plug the device into iTunes because it only charges when it's turned off and I tried it before, it doesn't consecutive to iTunes when I do plug it in.mis there another way to update my phone?

A few months ago, my phone was stolen. I was able to change my passwords on my social networks and email. But the email was the only one that didn't auto logout. So they were/are using my notes and deleting my own that I have saved. How do I get my email off of that phone? Please and thank you!
I just got a new laptop & am wanting to sync my iPhone to it, but my phone is currently synced with my current laptop.
I'm just wondering, what will happen to my camera roll, contacts etc if I synced it to the new laptop.
Must I back it up first before doing anything?
There's no delete option on my iPhone 4s. Notwithstanding earlier replies there simply is no delete option. I have taken away the checked tab on iTunes referring to photos but this doesn't delete them from my phone. I need extra capacity on my phone urgently.
