What should I do or which would be the best way?

So I have an iPhone 4 with Sprint but, my contract isn't over for about 10 or 11 more months. And I've decided to pay the early termination fee to end my contract early. And the phone that I want is the Samsung Galaxy S3. And I was just wondering, can I just buy the samsung Galaxy S3 off of Amazon's website, and just take it to the Sprint store and pay the early termination fee there, and get everything from my iPhone 4 transferred? And while I'm there, can they put the Samsung Galaxy S3 on a new 2-year contract and make that my new phone? The Sprint store isn't a huge store. And by the way, I'm only 16 and I'm on my step-dad's plan. So if you guys could help me, that would be great.

So I was playing basketball at my neighborhood park with one of my friends and I was playing my music off of my iPhone. It wasn't really that loud but there were some explicit lyrics. So this guy walks out of his house and tells us to turn off the music because the lyrics were bad for his kids who we're playing in their front yard. He said he would call the cops if we didn't. Can he call the cops on us for that? It wasn't super loud.

Why won't my iPhone connect to my Wi-Fi? - 2

I have a linksys router. 3 wires are plugged into the back (in case any fell out I may have to find?) and 3 into the modem. The internet on my desktop computer works fine, however my phone and laptop won't connect even though it says it's connected. It just loads for a while until it says I have no connection. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Added (1). I realize that my router is the thing I need to fix but I don't know how? Lol
