I was fixing my volume button on my iphone 5 and had to take it apart.long story short i bumped my desk and most of the screws were mixed together and now i can't tell which screw is which. How do i find out the size of the screws and where they belong?
I've had an iPhone 5 which was freezing and crashing previously took it into the store literally explained he didn't even need to see it and he swapped it for a new one, it's now doing it again but this time I'm out of warranty as I've had it for over a year (and now doubt it will perform PERFECTLY when I'm in the store) I presume they will still replace for free as it isn't a hardware issue like broken screen or water damage and is something which couldn't be helped, just looking for certainty?
I got iOs7 the day it came out, and I'm partially happy with it, but my brother and I share an iTunes account, and he bought a really big album on iTunes that had over 50 songs on it, and when I plugged my iPhone into our computer to put a CD on, it also put all of his music on.
I don't have allot of space on my phone as it is, and I know how to prevent it from happening again, but the problem is, is I don't know how to delete it off of my phone.
On the new iOS, you can't delete a full album, or at least I don't know how to, but when I try to delete it song by song, it keeps them there, but has the little iCloud thing beside it asking me to download it.
I've redownloaded it, and deleted it many times, but the iCloud thing still appears asking me to download it, and I want it completely off my phone.
I've also tried going into iTunes, and looking through my phone on the computer to delete the songs but they don't even show up.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

Okay so, thinking I was eligible for an upgrade, I sold my iPhone on eBay. The next day, I went to Verizon to get my upgraded phone but, obviously wasn't able to. Now, I don't have a phone at all. What can I do or say to Verizon so I can be able to get a new phone without having to pay full retail price for the iPhone 5c. Or should I just buy a cheap little phone until I'm able to get the one I want?
I want to get the iPhone 5s but on the cheapest network. I will be getting it on contract and I would like the contract to have unlimited internet. I would prefer if there was no upfront cost but if the contract is reasonable I don't mind paying a small price. So far three is the best one I've found.

Do you know of any app that can download any video on any site so you can watch them offline? I know one app where you can easily download any video from the web and watch them later. It's in the App Store, but my issue with that is, is that it "Downloads." I'd prefer something that has unlimited storage/cloud saving, so I can cache any video from the web without using much of my iPhone's storage, which is only 8GB total.
Added (1). To answer your question, sinterklaas, I said so I can watch them offline, by caching them. Caching videos doesn't use as much storage, ans cloud storage means it's offline, just saved not on your phon's memory.
