Can i upgrade to new iphone 5s even though i upgraded in february?

I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy s3 in February of this year and It doesn't even work anymore. We have sent it off once to be fixed but they said I can't send it again because it isn't the phone, i've done something. But I always use a case and everything. I want to get the iphone 5s or 5c but how can I if I just upgraded? Please Help me! It's greatly appreciated! Also, I'm with ATT & they aren't very cooperative!

Blackberry messenger for IOS device (iPhone 4s)?

My name is Charlie and I recently signed up for a blackberry id for ios (iPhone) when I logged in last night to register it came up with a "connecting to bbm" or something like that. My phone reset this morning and now it's saying I have to wait for a "spot in line" which I have previously done already when i press " I have received email" it just loads that page again? I have also tried to restart my phone reset it and even uninstall and reinstall the app?
Any help with this would be much appreciated

Jailbreak Blacklisted iPhone 5?

So I just found out I bought an iPhone 5 off of Craigslist that apparently was reported lost/stolen. After tries of not connecting to my network I was told it could possibly be blacklisted. So I checked the IMEI and of course it was. Now I tried calling back the person who sold it to me and they apparently used some fake number that is no longer in use.
I'm now left with a useless iPhone from AT&T and I can't even have them take it off blacklist. I read in a couple websites there's really nothing I can do, besides use it as an iPod since it can't even used on other carriers in the US.
Now that I'm stuck with this "iPod" am I still unable to JAILBREAK it? I at least want something to be able to use aside from music. If I connect it to itunes will it brick the phone?

Iphone 5S rejection from contract?

Well I opened my first bank account to get a phone (my old blackberry is breaking down) and I really wanted to do the £32 a month for the Iphone 5S from Tesco, however I was rejected but offered a sim for 12 months… But I literally don't have a phone and I can afford a decent one but I don't know what to do, how am I supposed to get a contract phone if I'm being rejected? Can I just buy the iphone itself?
Is there any way around this? My parents wouldn't let me use theirs and I really want a decent up to date phone:/ thank you!

IOS 7 - Speaker Mode goes on While Talking on iPhone?

Anyone else having issues with the new IOS 7 for iPhone with regards to the Speaker mode going on while you are in the middle of a conversation with the phone against your ear? This has happened quite a few times. I now have to speak holding the phone away from my face.

Why is Wi-Fi faster on ipad mini than iphone 4?

When I run speed test on my iPad I get results of about 31.00mbs but when I do speed tests on my iPhone 4 the highest i get is 18.00mbs. I run it on the same Wi-Fi and from same distance. I've got virgin media and that's probably the best Wi-Fi in the UK.

My iPhone 3GS shut down after being unplugged?

Hi, my iphone shows grey screen indicating iOS 6 connect to itunes and a plug symbol on battery indicator when plugged in to wall charger and rapidly shuts down when gets unplugged from wall charger.
I've changed the battery but no affect.

Bbm isn't sending me an email?

I downloaded bbm app on iPhone at 10.00am today and still up to now I haven't received any email so that I can use it, people have been getting it within 2 hours!

IPhone to blackberry not working bbm?

I downloaded BBM for iPhone last nite and it wouldn't send messages so I deleted it and I'm trying to get bbm back on my blackberry but it won't work, every time I click on the bbm icon on my blackberry it says your bbm contacts have been restored and other stuff, then it goes off onto my home screen, I then click on the icon and my phone freeze's, I've tried rebooting and going onto the options screen and the link that say personalisation and privacy for BBM it's not there it's only the one for blackberry app world WTAF!
