I cracked my iPhone 5 screen, what can I do?

My sounds still work, my alarm goes off, and when I hit my lock button I can see colors and lines, but I like can't use my phone. If I replace the glass will my phone still work? Or do I need a new phone?

I can't go into rogers because i've been so busy, but i have a Samsung and would like to upgrade to an iPhone4s. I'm on a 3 year contract in Canada, BC and i would like to know how much it would cost me to change my phone before the contract is up. Why does my iPhone send so many SMS to activate iMessage it should on send one or 2 and then should stay activated as I have never turn iMessage on and off again. I got a new plan and now I get billed for international SMS it is no longer included.
$0.45 each SMS adds up quick as my plan is already $120 a month just for the included stuff.

My iPhone 4 is locked to Vodafone but i want to unlock my iPhone 4 to iinet as i have changed plans. I have looked on the internet but I can't find out how to unlock it to iinet. I also don't want to spend too much money unlocking it as I have seen it is expensive unlocking to other networks online.
