I've just got an iPhone 5s and I can send and receive photos on iMessage, but not on MMS. I can't send them at all and when I receive them, it gives me a website and password to retrieve it, instead of it just appearing on the screen. MMS and data are both switched on, so I don't know what's wrong.

I'm on benefits, have no savings in my bank account and now have two phone contracts. I was struggling to afford one contract but I was wanting the new iPhone 5s and the only way I could get my hands on one was to take out a second contract… Both contracts run until 2015.

My other contract isn't a smartphone, so should I see whether I can get the iPhone 5s contract changed over into my daughters name because by having two contracts in my situation it means we can't afford to eat and I've had ask for referral to a food bank but was declined because of been on job seekers allowance & that because I was wasteing my benefits on luxury items.
