My sister owes a lot of money for late bills on Verizon and we're wondering if it possible to get her iphone 4s unlocked and use verizons prepaid with those cards from wal mart?

I used to be able to turn my music up, and blank out all other sound around me.
Now - I turn it up to the HIGHEST bar of volume, and can still hear the person chatting away next to me on the train.
The volume bars on the iPhone increase until they reach RED.
Red = DANGEROUSLY loud.
I go one bar under red, and hear nothing at all. Its only when I hit red, I begin to actually hear music. Meaning there's absolute silence on the entire 'white' bars.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
Is anyone else's iPhone doing this?
(its not the headphones - they work absolutely fine in my laptop)

I ordered iPhone 5s in store on 9/25 and the guy said it should ship by 10/17 but when i check my order online it says expected ship date 11/11
I just got a new iPhone in the mail because my other won't broke and I'm trying to get the emoji by going to add a new keyboard and get the Japanese one so I get the emoji. I used both Japanese one and every time i click the globe on the keyboard it keeps shower Japanese lettering and not the emojis! I don't know how to fix it.

Recently updated to the latest IOS software on my Iphone 5 (Not S) And the minus button has completely stopped working! My phone is well looked after ie big case & Protectors so no damage, the only explanation would be the update! Any remedies?
I purchased a song from my iPhone and accidentally deleted it before I could transfer purchases. When I look at my music library on my iphone while on itunes, I can see the song but its faded and has a circle next to it. I can't play it or get it to redownload.
Okay so my iPhone for screen has gone blank. I haven't dropped or broken the screen or anything it just ended up like that. I know the iPhone itself is not broken because when I change the volume button it still vibrates and I can hear the sound it makes when it's charging. I read online an people told me to reset the phone but I can't because my home button is also broken so I can't hold it To make it reset and also, when I tried doing it on iTunes, it told me that it was unable to reset because 'find my iPhone is activated' I can't deactivate it though because I can't see… So what can I do?
When someone calls me on my new phone, it shows up as "missed call from ___".It doesn't ring on my on my old phone, but after I answer the call on my new phone, it says missed call on the old phone, if that makes sense. I receive text messages from people on my old iphone as well. I use it as my iPod because it could drain the life out of my new phone, so I don't necessarily want to reset the entire phone. I have cellular data off and I'm with Verizon.
