How to unlock a Sprint iphone 5C for use with Straight Talk?

The phone has a bad/active ESN and can't be used with Sprint. That's fine because I want to use it with Straight Talk. It is currently locked. I know I need to unlock it, but I do not know how to do that. Is it true Sprint does not give unlock codes, so it is impossible? If the old owner owes money on a Sprint account on that iphone, can it not be unlocked? Would it also need to be jailbroken or flashed? Or are those the same things as unlocking?

Is there a iPhone App to show how much data your using?

There used to be a option in the settings on the original iPhone, it had a track bar that showed how much data you were using but now iPhone just sends you a text when your Data is almost up.

How to stay up all night and go to school?

I have 3 hours till I get ready for school and I woke up today at 4PM, I slept late and now I can't sleep and plus if I go to sleep right now I'll be late becuz I won't wake up no matter how loud my alarm is and o my phone isn't loud (I have a iphone) the sound isn't really loud I'm a heavy sleeper so yea. I downloaded the latest iOS 7 on my iPhone 5 a few weeks ago and for the past week I've been having some weird thing where my phone will randomly restart when I'm using it or if my phones at 30% it'll shut off and when I try to turn it back on it says the battery's dead and after I plug it in it'll turn on and then I unplug it and it works without doing it again until the next day(happens at least once a day).Is anyone having this problem with their iPhone 4, 4S, or 5, or do you think I just need to restore?
