So a while ago, i slipped on the stairs while i had my phone on the back pocket. Now it seems to shutdown everytime the batteries hit around 20-30 percents and the music/ipod would freeze and being unresponsive. How do I fix this? My warranty has expired already.
Ok, will try to be as detailed as possible with this since my last question didn't get a reply. Recently I received an iphone 5s(googled PN and found that it was an iphone). I never ordered one and the address is mine. The name however is not. Nor do I remember ordering it. I did sign for it. I know that if you receive something via normal USPS, you can keep it as "a gift" but how does that work if I signed something for UPS… Do I just use the same laws? Or no because UPS isn't a part of the government?

So I got a brand new iPhone 5s today, and I'm trying to activate it, but when I plug it into itunes, it just gets stuck on the screen telling me to connect it to itunes. It gives me the hello screen and the language and Wi-Fi screen, then after, it just won't get off the itunes screen. I've tried restoring the information from my old iphone 4 onto it multiple times, I've tried restoring the phone itself, nothing works. Apparently I'm supposed to get more screens after that ask for apple ID stuff, but it just won't leave the connect to itunes screen. It came with a new SIM card, but I'm pretty sure it's just the same number. I thought I could activate it from home, but do I need to go to the AT&T store and let them do it? My old iphone 4 was messed up to where it wouldn't let me updat from 4.3.3 firmware, so I'm not sure that's a problem as well. Any help please?
My son has an iPhone and always goes over the monthly data limit. Is there a way that either I can control when it can use data or a way that it will shut off data when it gets to the limit?
I'm in a two-year contract with my other phone, so I can't get the iphone for $100 if I want to get it now. But I was wondering if they will sell me the iphone 5C for $100 if I don't get a cellular plan with it. Do you think they will let me buy one without a plan? And another question, can you use wi-fi and download apps and all if you still don't have a cellular plan? All answers appreciated!
I recently sold an iphone and the lady was writing down my imformation on my id and she finger printed my prints can i get into trouble if i didn't know it was stolen
This is happening to some of my songs for some reason. When I select them this message comes up and it automatically skips the song I chose, it only happens to like three of them but the only reason this is really a problem is because it won't let me delete them, and my phone is only like 8 GB (Hey Apple! Wanna make this not as bad? Answer: Micro SD Cards!) so I need to keep monitoring it since an 8 gig is really like 6.3 internal storage available.
So all I really want to know is why this happens and what I can do to fix it or at least get rid of them if its possible.

Basically I really want the Iphone 4s or Iphone 5, but there's people that tell me that there's androids that are exactly like the iphone. Its the fact that i'm tired of android. I feel like iphone is so much more organized and better looking. If there's any suggestions of what phone i should get then please tell me. Also i want to know what androids can snapshot and see emojis like iphone and what places i can get iphone for cheap. Please and thank you. And one more thing, I would also like to know if there's any androids that can have the format like iphone, like the keyboard or whatever.
