How is my bill getting so high?

Okay, I have an iPhone 5 with a 3GB Plan, and every month for the past 3 months my bill has gone over. Half of my phone space isn't used, I have a Onavo App that installed a profile to help me keep track of what's using up my data. Certain phones will charge me because I got a call from them. I installed Google Voice to help with my phone calls, I use to rely on Airplane Mode to stop the charges to my phone. I have two Onavo Profiles helping to manage and tell me when I'm using something too much, but it says that in 316MB have been used in Video/Photo, I don't know what that means.

Is there a easy fix so I don't go over my plan everytime I use my phone?

How to put all my music from my iphone onto itunes On my windows computer?

I just downloaded itunes… I had it before but accidentally unplugged my phone before it finished uploading the music from my phone to my computer. I just re downloaded it and half of my music is still on there,

I'm scared to hit the sync button because I don't want it to erase all the music I paid for from my phone…

Next year I 'am getting a upgrade for my phone @ Verizon Wireless and I have always wanted to get an Iphone but I want to know a rating between 1-10, I also want to know the camera/video features for my youtube account and my photograph class. (my video question is does it have the pause feature during recording and switching front to back while recording a video?)

Is the upgrade worth the money?

I currently have an iPod touch 4G 32 gb and an iPhone 4S 16 gb
I like my music and I like my photos
The 4s has the better camera so I use that for photos even tho it takes up, and I have all my my more sophisticated apps on my iPhone because the iPod 4G is to laggy now. All my iPhone space is used up, so I use my iPod for music which takes up about half of the iPod.
With this My goal is to have Everything on one device so I'm looking at an iPhone 5S
Talked with AT&T and everything an the best they can do is with a nice case and selling my old phone (4S) it would be about $500
I'm like great that's a lot of money I'll just get a new iPod
Well it's only a hundred dollars cheaper and the 5S has a lot more upgrades
Should I spend the money on the 5S for the upgrade and one device or stick with two devices for $100 cheaper?

Text message name shows last name instead of first on iPhone 5S?

I have changed the contacts to be first, last for mail, contacts, calendars but it's still only showing the person's last name in the text message. How do I change it to show the full name or the first name?

The assistive touch is working and allows me to press on it, and i can access the toolbar things with top and bottom swipe but if i try to unlock it won't unlock and if i try to turnoff the swipe to turn off won't work either! Wtf do i do! Iphone4s

And is this why I'm using so much data. I'm visting Seattle been here for 5 days now and that spinning circle keeps spinning. Got a text last night saying I have used 75% of my data and then this morning I got another text saying I have used 90% of my data and I have not been do a whole lot on the internet.

But please my main question is what is that spinning circle next to the 3G icon on my iphone.

My iPhone 5 doesn't work anymore after synching it with itunes?

Ok i have an iphone 5 with still ios 6 and I never bothered to synch it never had time I guess. And all my music was with my ipod so didn't make a difference.

But finally decided to synch and message came up synch as new iphone or use backup from my ipod.

i clicked synch with backup. And when it was done my phone became garbage. Like the calling feature is all glitchy sometimes. And when I text it lags. Wi-Fi sucks. And in the settings and appearnce looks like my ipod.

Like it seems my iphone 5 turned into the old ipod touch.

So is there anyway to fix this.

I got a new iphone and when I synched it with itunes it doesn't work anymore?

Ok got a new iphone it was great loved it. Then when I connected it with itunes it said synch as new or from old. I said old cause i have an ipod. And it synched. But now my iphone is so slow like it sucks. The calling feauture doesn't work sometimes. And text messaging lags.

Is there anyway to fix this
