How is my bill getting so high?
Okay, I have an iPhone 5 with a 3GB Plan, and every month for the past 3 months my bill has gone over. Half of my phone space isn't used, I have a Onavo App that installed a profile to help me keep track of what's using up my data. Certain phones will charge me because I got a call from them. I installed Google Voice to help with my phone calls, I use to rely on Airplane Mode to stop the charges to my phone. I have two Onavo Profiles helping to manage and tell me when I'm using something too much, but it says that in 316MB have been used in Video/Photo, I don't know what that means.
Is there a easy fix so I don't go over my plan everytime I use my phone?
