I have a galaxy S4 right now. I used to be against the iphone because it was so basic and i didn't ever understand how to work it. The new iphone 5s came out and as a teenager i wanna be able to listen to music off my phone, i love emojis and the whole world is iphone friendly. Can anyone tell me anything that would help me make my decison about switching or not?
I'm 17 and I have the biggest stage fright ever. I want to go on xfactor or American Idol and have wanted to my entire life, but I always chicken out of signing up because I can't sing in front of people. I also want to record Youtube videos, but I don't have a recording camera besides my iphone and my laptop which aren't really good for singing videos. Help!
Added (1). I also have been in choir since I was 3 or 4, and I have sang in front of audiences, but alone I have only sang in front of my class a few times. My voice gets shaky and I really want to get past this and try out my dream!
Currently on an iphone 5 with ios 6.1.4. I restore from backup on itunes hoping it would restore the pictures and apps i've deleted in the past. But when it was restored, half my current messages were gone and other personal stuff to the date which i last backed it up, which was september 28, 2013… So what i'm trying to say is that, from that date until today, almost everything was deleted. I don't understand, it was just a restore backup. Can someone please help me? Is it still possible to get the deleted stuff back
Long story short I contacted my cousins while our family is in the middle of a kinda civil war on my Iphone 3. I deleted the texts but my parents said they are going to do iphone data recovery on my phone to see all the information I've ever had apparently. I don't want anyone to get in trouble, is there any way to stop this information from being accessed. Or perhaps a way to delete them permanently?

I heard on the iPhone 4S that you can make it so when you turn the screen it doesn't flip the screen in notes or texting or something it doesn't flip the keyboard. It's called screen lock or something? If so how do you do it?

I'm debating whether to get the HTC One or the upcoming Nexus 5
I used to love the iphone but now i'm just unbiased (because i know ill never be able to afford the iphone haha)
The price doesn't matter i can get the HTC One for 430 and the Nexus 5 would be 399, not much of a difference
now the thing is that i love the look of the HTC One, including SENSE 5.0, which looks amazing, unlike the black and blue stock android. Coming from an iphone side, sense 5 looks a lot closer.
But what i'm worried about is the support. I mean htc one is already like 8 months old, and there are rumors of a refreshed version of it in 2013 (this year) (that my carrier Wind Mobile won't be getting anytime soon after its release), and rumors of a second HTC One in 2014 (which my carrier also won't be getting anytime soon after its release), so pretty much i'm stuck with the htc one only.
So what do you think, as a fan of software and hardware design and coming from an iphone side, should i get the nexus 5 just because its gonna be newer and longer support? (speed won't matter for me that much), or get the htc one because i love its design and software even though its already 8 months old and there are 2 newer models coming soon? Will the htc one still be fast and up to standards in the next 2 years (because if i get it, i'm stuck with it for 2 years until i can get a newer phone)?

I don't have an iphone or android and don't have internet on my phone. I have a laptop and it has a camera built in. Is there any way I can get an instagram on my laptop or do I have to have an iphone or android phone or whatever?
How does find my iphone work? Is it just GPS or do I need 3G on too?
I'm going to be going on a trip to Kansas. From California, to Texas, to Kansas. My flight will be 7 hours long, and I want to know if my heating pads will be confiscated.
I may be taking Southwest, not sure. I'm not buying the ticket. But there's nowhere on the heating pad that says now much liquid it has in it.
Its one of those chemical reaction heating pads where you click the little circle metal button and almost instantly it becomes hot.
To compare its size, it is about the size pf two iPhones put together. Not too heavy at all.
It hurts to sit for that long and these 2 heating pads would be awesome to bring.
Can I bring them? I can't seem to find a direct answer on Google, so this is my last resort, lol.
