Getting Marker Off Of White iPhone?

My white iPhone cracked in the front (top right hand corner) and I colored in the cracks with washable Crayola markers. How do I get it off? I know you can get it out with hand sanitizer and/or rubbing alcohol but I ran out and don't have time to go buy some. What can I use?

Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store?

The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?

How to maximize my iPhone 5s battery life right out of the box?

I know about all the little things you can turn off, adjust, disable, etc.
But what about right when it comes out of the box?
I know you have to activate your phone, but you also need to charge it.
Is it better to charge it until the battery is full and then activate it, or do both simultaneously, or activate it first? Or does it not affect it at all?

Iphone 4 charger won't go all the way?

My iphone don't charge and i found that my charger plug won't go all the way and i can see a little gap when plugged to my iphone 4.

Are iphones the only phones you can buy keyboard cases for?

I really need a new phone but I've noticed that they are all touchscreen, none have actual physical keyboards. Except for blackberry, but I don't like those. I know with iphones you can buy keyboard cases so you can have an actual keyboard, but I don't want an iphone nor can I afford one. Are there any keyboard cases for Android phones? It doesn't matter the type of smartphone, i'd just appreciate the names of the phones that I can buy the keyboard case for. I've done some research and I can't find any. If you don't know of any, what about some smartphones (android) that have a keyboard already attatched?

Can I exchange unopened iPhone 5S from contract at apple store for different colour?

So my dad ordered me a black 5S from this internet contract he has and I didn't even know he had to make the decision quickly and I had told him previously I really liked the space grey but its not the one I wanted (gold) i didn't even know I was getting it

Anyway when I get it can I just exchange it - unopened and sealed - for a gold? I don't think a return would work as it was from a internet contract not our upgrade which gave two phones and one given to my mum whose phone has broke and are both space grey

How long will it take to get my iphone 5s that I ordered on 10/4?

I ordered my Iphone 5s on October 4th towards the end of the day. I was wondering if anyone knows an approximate time frame that I can expect my new phone. On the Verizon website it gives a ship by date of 11/11 meaning it will ship and hopfully get to me sometime before that. So I was wondering if anyone who had bought there phone on a date near mine had heard anything or knows how long it will take.

My iphone 5 is not receiving messages?

I found out that when I go to settings then on to messages that iMessage needs to be activated which is strange because I've used it on my iphone which I've had for nearly a year so I put my Apple ID in then it works for a bit then just goes off again. Help me please is it my phone or my provider?

How to restore iphone media after recovery mode and a computer crash?

My computer crashed last night and had to be restored to the factory settings. Eveything was saved on my C: drive, but naturally, all programs and program data were lost. My iphone 4 went into recovery mode shortly thereafter, and I went thru with the recovery mode. Is there any way I can get my pics, contacts, previous apps, etc back?
