I started my new job on monday with an agency that involves handling and packing the latest apple products and i was sent there by the job centre.
Everything was going well until thursday, i had asked fellow employees why the security was so strict out of curiosity and they told me its because they have had lots of people steal the apple products in the past, this conversation continued with the fellow employee into our lunch break and into the toilets where we both needed to go…
whilst in the toilets the fellow employee told me he has his car checked and i replied "i don't understand why they would check your car? There no possible way anyone could steal from the building anyway and what did they expect to find? 500 iphones on your backseat haha" as a sort of joke…
Little did i know a supervisor was in one of the cubicles listening in on our private conversation.
an hour later me and the other employee were working away and were approached by our agency manager and team leader and they said "we have had reports that you are planning to steal therefore we want you to leave now", although i did not once say anything about stealing and i do not have a criminal record at all.
Me and the other employee were then searched and thrown off site.
I do not want my job back but is there anything i can do about this?
also will this to affect me in future jobs?
