Problem sending message on imessage on iphone 4?

I really want my iPhone to send messages to people using only my number and not my email. Today, i unchecked my email on "send and receive" in settings so it was only my number. Now i've rechecked it, logged off and back on and it still won't let me send messages to people with emails instead of numbers like people with iPods. Please help? I want to be able to send messages to my friends with an email and i want it to only send to people showing up as my number. Please don't refer me to any sites! I've been researching all afternoon and i'm really getting tired of it.Id really appreciate any help.

Does turning off your cellular data on an iphone save data?

When you turn off cellular data on an iphone quit data?
I only have a certain amount of data i can use and want to save it. I would like to just play games without using alot of data when i'm not connected to Wi-Fi.
(note: i'm using ios 7 and have verizon as a carrier)

How to create a bluetooth device to find things?

I'm looking to create some kind of device to track this using an iphone. I'm aware there are prodcuts out there like the tile app, or stick and find, but if I wanted to somthing like this my self what would be the best way to go about this? RFID, Bluetooth, or any other option that I haven't looked into? Mind I'm lookig to keep this in a very reasonable price range.

How to get numbers off icloud if I don't have an iPhone anymore?

I no longer have and iPhone but I have numbers backed up to iCloud from my contacts that I need to get. How can I get them off of iCloud if I don't have an iPhone or an Apple computer? I have tried typing it into Google or going on I cloud.com and can't find anything someone please help! I really need to get my phone numbers out! If anyone knows how please let me know!

IPhone4s no service/searching

My brother recently got the new iphone 5s and gave me his old Iphone 4s (which was working perfectly)
I got a new sim from my network and activated it with them and also unlocked the phone from my brothers previous network.
However I have put my new sim into the iphone and it keeps showing "searching" and then "no service"
I have contacted my service provider, they tell me the sim is activated (which it is as it works in my galaxy ace) and the phone is clearly unlocked
What can I do to get service running normally? Any help would be great!

How to totally clean my iphone?

So I'm switching from iphone to something new. I want to sell my 4s to a friend, but I want to totally clear it, pretty much make it just like how I got it out of the box. How would I go about doing that? Any additional insight is appreciated, thanks.

Glitter or rhinestones? Which should i choose?

I'm decorating my otterbox iphone otterbox case defender series… ( just the plastic part) but i'm not sure how i should do it.
i ordered a black on black case. So i'm not sure how glitter would look on black? Just a plain white silverish glitter.
Doing the glitter would be much easier and faster using mod podge, If i do the crystals, id have to use e-6000 adhesive which i heard is really hard to work with when doing specific projects like this. Anyway, what do you guys think i should do?

If i went with the rhinestones, is there anything i can use as a top coat to ensure that the rhinestones will stay put but also won't make the rhinestones look blurred or foggy?
