What would cause an IOS 7 connection issue?

My husband just downloaded the new IOS 7 on his iPhone 4 cell. When he goes on the browser he gets a message that his phone is not connected to the internet.

He has Verizon 4G which outdid my Samsung Tmobile cheap phone when we were lost traveling and connected easily. If it weren't for his phone we could still be lost somewhere in the boonies!

His phone connects to our wireless internet when he's home. We live in a townhouse condo and his phone keeps trying to switch between both our neighbor's internet recently since he downloaded the new IOS 7. We in the middle unit of a group of 3 townhouses.

What could be causing this problem? He never had an issue with the older operating system. Is this newer operating system vulnerable to more problems than the older one? The phone is set to our home internet with password saved.

So I had the 'Next Destination' thing on but I didn't know what it was. For the first time, I saw in the 'Today' part of the notification center showing how long it will take to get to a certain location. Why does it do that? I don't get what exactly 'Next Destination' is…

I want to delete some songs I have on my ipad but when I try to they won't have a delete option only for songs that I already had on my ipad that I don't want deleted. And they have all the songs I been deleted and it takes forever to play music. Same problem I'm always having with my iPhone 5! What is the problem?

I have an iphone 4s and two days ago, I let my friend log on to her instagram. I logged out, yet I still get her notifications. It's only on my home screen, it's not on my Instagram. I've even logged out and back in, I've also un installed it twice.

My Iphone 4s keeps freezing then shutting off?

This started happening about two weeks ago, and it's happened around five times. What happens is it freezes up and I can't do anything on it, then it just shuts off.
If I try to turn it back on it doesn't do anything. Even if I plug it in the charger. And the logo doesn't even show up if I hold down the lock button. Then after about five minutes it'll turn back on.
What's wrong with it?

How to switch back to ios 6 from ios 7 on my iphone?

I just made the mistake of "upgrading" to ios 7 and it is awful! It hurts my eyes and has many other annoying changes. Is there a way to go back to ios 6? Would jail breaking my phone help?
