Hi, my grandmother is going to order the iphone5s for me. However, I told her I want the gold one. But I'm not really sure which color I want yet, I was wondering after she gets done ordering it, can I just call my carrier and tell them I want a different color? Or is there more to it.
I have the iphone 5 and I'm not happy with ios 7 can I trade mine for the ios 6 software?

When I plug in my iPhone 5 to charge it starts acting weird. When I'm texting or typing it won't hit the key and won't scroll down or up right, it also freezes but when I in plug it it's all better. I don't have the charger it came with because I got the phone online and it was used. It might have been something the previous owner did but I don't know.
I have a LaCie 1TB external hard drive. I'm trying to move music and photos from my old pc to my mac. I used Windows media player for music on my PC and I now use iTunes on my mac. The music and photo files are on the external hard drive, but how can I get the music from the PC to open in iTunes on my mac? Everything I've tried doesn't work, I keep getting an error message. "This song can't be played using iTunes." I would like to put music and photos from my PC onto my iPhone and iPod.
I've iphone 4 & it still covers warranty span.Bt unfortunately i've upgraded it to ios 7.0.2.& now it's as slow as hell. I've tried everything from downgrading it to consulting the customer care bt i guess it's in vain rght now. According to apple policies if the damage is internal they will exchange it for free bt If i break it, it will cost me 12000 bucks (according to INR) please help anyone. Really not satisfied with this piece of crap. Will be so thankful for your help…
A few days ago I upgraded my iPhone 4S to the 5S and was pretty excited for some LTE speeds. But all that my phone shows is that I have regular 4G and I have no idea why. I checked the AT&T website for support with no luck. I even checked my account setting for my phone and nothing seems to be wrong. Why am I not getting LTE?
My mom and i share an i tunes, but i have to sync her music too. I don't want that. If i delete the music listed on there, will it delete the music from her phone?
I really want to downgrade I heard you could do it with shsh blobs but I didn't save them. Is there a way I could find them anywhere or use someone elses? I also have a backup with ios6 it says it won't restore the firmware but if I restore the phone and the go to the backup what will happen? Would it help if I reinstalled iTunes maybe an older version before ios7 came out?
I know normally you can't and just have to turn it off all the way but I'm wondering with jailbreak would there be a way to put a "filter" on the actual safari app? All of the safe browsing apps are slow and just aren't the same.
I'm trying to like my ex's photo. I have the iPhone 4 iOS 6 but got the new ig update… The ex hasn't blocked me but hasn't talked to me since I put up a wcw as my Bestfriend who is a girl obvi. So I guess she is mad but I'm still following her and she is following me… I can't like her recent photo and I deleted my ig all downloaded it and signed in and the same thing… Why is it doing this to me?
