So I have an iPhone 4s updated to the latest software. I tried out the do not disturb feature. I made a favorites list (now added onto the phone) so that I could still receive calls from those select people when my phone is on silent. However it doesn't work and those calls still remain silent. Any help?

I recently started using icloud with an iphone I've had for several years. I was hoping to use the photo stream to transfer my almost 950 photos from my phone to my computer so I don't have to spend hours emailing them to myself. However, only about twenty of them show up when I open the photo stream folder on my computer. Why is this and what can I do to fix it? Am I going to end up having to email all of those photos to myself after all?
Added (1). Also, if this doesn't work, is there another way to get those photos onto my computer without having to spend an entire day working on it?

I'm upgrading from a 4 to a 4s. I just backed up my 4 before I started this so that's all set. When I try setting up my 4s it dosent recognize my icloud backup. Any ideas why? It just gives me the option to start fresh or restore from iTunes which its not backed up on
But my itunes still has the stuff from my iTouch on it. And I don't know how to get rid of that so I can put music on my iphone. Any help would be appreciated!
When ever I put a song on, lock my iphone (4s), and put it in my pocket, then unlock it to do something else, the song will skip and return to the part of the song that i locked my phone at. Example. I lock my phone 4 minutes into the song, and then unlock it 8 minutes into the song, it will skip back to 4 minutes in. Anyone know what's causing this? And Am I the only person with this problem?
I've had a few texts saved in my inbox for months and when I went to go re read them this morning they wouldn't show up and I assume they had been deleted. Is there any way I can recover them and get them back on my phone? I read online that you can retrieve them through iTunes but I'm not sure if that's true nor do I know how to do that. Any advice on how to get my messages back? Sure I call my phone company (Verizon) and see if they can retrieve them?
Today I dropped my iPhone5 and it has a big crack across the top. I got the phone on a monthly contract from 02 back in March this year. I don't have any insurance on it. What I was wondering is could I get a O2 insurance today and then next week could I claim or do I have to wait a number of months ect thanks
