So i bought an IPhone 5 shortly after release (yea yea my fault for not waiting), and like most I'm starting to have the power button problem. It has gotten to the point where my finger hurts from pushing the power button in order for the device to register the input of the button. I NEED to send it in but the warranty is void as I have jailbroken it the first chance I got. Does restoring the device in DFU mode really work and make the jailbreak untraceable?
I just bought an iphone 4s at&t unlocked on ebay and it should be here in couple of days. My question is that I'm a T-Mobile user so will my t-mobile sim card work with it?
I only got a few drops of water on my phone but it got on the mic and speaker. When this happened i immediately tried to suck the water out of the mic but i believe i made it worse. The speaker is awful quality now so about 10 mins later i put it in a large bag of brown rice. Will this work? And how long do i have to keep it in the bag?
I was browsing "iFunny. " on my phone, when i noticed that nothing would load. I have crap reception where i live, and i'm on sprint. I then noticed that the wi-fi wouldn't connect. So i did what i've done for ages. I turned off wi-fi then i noticed it would not turn back on. So i tried restarting my device. It still wouldn't turn on. I'm in full control of my iPhone, yet it is almost like wi-fi has been manually blocked by something. I have tried turning it on through control center, but it doesn't work. Bottom line, i can't turn on Wi-Fi on my iOS device. Anyone else having this problem? Any fixes? Oh, and i've made sure that airplane mode is OFF and all that.
Okay, so I'm a bit technologically dumb… The new ios7 for iPhone came out and I want it. I have an iPhone 4. I went to download it and it said I needed 2.9gb to download. So I deleted some apps and got up to 2.9GB so I could get it. What I'm nervous about is that I only have a 5GB plan and I can't delete anything else since I use it all on a regular basis. My question is will I get the 2.9GB back after I download ios7? It's just a phone update, I don't really see why I wouldn't but this is my first iphone and I really don't know much about iPhone except the basic ways to use one.
Also, is the ios7 even worth it if I'm losing almost half my data for it?
I have an iPhone 4 and I've just updated it to iOS 7 and I saw on Youtube that it comes automatically in the camera screen yet it doesn't show anywhere on my phone.
Pretty irritating to see a person show up in my contacts whom I deleted over 6 months ago. A name and face I don't want to see. I mean I deleted the pictures and everything yet I just found that his pic and all his contact info was in there. Is it just a glitch where it did a restore from 7 months ago for some odd reason!
Is it possible to buy one in the US now without contract and bring it back here in the Philippines?

The title sums it up. So I bought a stolen iphone 5 for $250 (super cheap) and sprint refuses to activate it. So since they refuse to activate it on there company I was wondering if I could connect it to another on for example boost mobile or virgin mobile or maybe a prepaid company
Or does anyone know how to flash it?-.
I'm an American, and I'm curious to see if it will work so I can call my family, it is a 4S on a Sprint contract.
