How to restore an old backup of my iPhone?

So my iPhone 5 didn't have enough storage to download the iOS 7 so I decided to backup my phone then delete all my photos (5GB). After deleted the photos and downloading the iOS 7, I tried to restore the backup from iTunes but then I clicked on "update and restore" and it updated my phone to iOS 7 again and backed it up so now my previous back up with all my photos is gone and I can't back up that one. Is there anyway I can restore the old back up as my current back up has nothing?

If I buy an unlocked Iphone 5s in America can I use it in the UK?

The phone is significantly cheaper in the States, so would it work ok if I brought it in the USA unlocked and then brought it back to England and sorted it out with a British contract?

So the new ios 7 just came out and i want to update it to ios 7. I have a jailbroken iphone 4 running on ios 5.0.1.i'm bored of the jailbreak and i don't want it anymore or any of the jailbroken apps. I just want a normal iphone running on ios 7. How do i do this? Do i connect to itunes, backup, and then do i click restore or update? Any help is appreciated

Since I tried downloading ios7 on my iPhone last night my iPhone no longer turns on, it was on this morning then the problem began out of no where. The only thing that shows is the apple icon and yes it is fully charged and has been on the charger for hours now because I don't know what else do to. I've had Instagram for a while now with the video feature on it. I've posted many videos but ever since Thursday (2 days ago) my Instagram video hasn't been working. Why is my iPhone 4 slow after the iOS 7 update?

I downloaded the update last night, and my phone is SUPER slow. When I type, the phone delays and I can only type 3 or 4 letterers at a time. I have to wait about 30 seconds for the text on the screen to catch up to my inputs. The phone overall is slow too. Safari and the other apps take awhile to open up and load, swiping from one screen to another is a pain, the notification bar is hard to pull down too. I updated my dad's phone (also an iPhone 4) to iOS 7, and his does not have any of theses problems.

Is there a way to fix this?
