I tried to reset my iPhone and now it's saying my phone isn't activated?

I tried to reset my iPhone because I had 4.9 GB of "other" in the storage and tried deleting everything to get rid of it. I've reset my iPhone once before and it worked perfectly. This time however, when my iPhone came back up it had me fill out my language, country, Wi-Fi, and then proceeded to tell me my iPhone could not be activated "because the activation server can't be reached. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes."

I tried hooking it up to iTunes several times and it didn't work. I've been trying again in a couple of minutes for the past 2 hours. I'm confused what activate means? Like to a network? I have a contract with Verizon, so a network shouldn't be an issue, right? The last time I tried this it didn't even ask to be activated. Is this an Apple issue or Verizon issue? And can it be resolved without going into a store?

Why is my iOS7 update failing:-?

Can't clear unread email badge after updating to iOS 7?

I've just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7 and now I have a badge on my Mail app icon showing 1344 unread messages. I've tried turning mail off, turning the phone off and back on and then turning mail back on; deleting and re-adding my account; and marking all the messages in the Mail app on my Mac unread, syncing, and marking them read again.
Does anyone know how to fix this without jailbreaking? It's driving me crazy.
Thanks!

Log into Gmail in your web browser. Using the advanced search, type some random text into the "does not contain" box (this needs to be something that no message in your inbox would ever contain. I just typed a bunch of random letters). Click on the select all checkbox in the corner, it will prompt you to select all messages that match your search. Click on that, then mark all as unread. Check for mail on your iPhone and the count should go down to zero.

Is ios 7 functioning well on iPhone 4?

I have a 32gb 4 (not a 4s) and it's rumored that ios 7 will run slower and lag because it's older software. I also heard that it doesn't have all of the features as the 5 or 5s. Is this true?

How to download iOS 6.1.4 in order to download iOS 7?

I've read that in order to download iOS 7, I must have iOS 6.1.4 on my iPhone 4. I only have iOS 6.1.3, and so I was wondering if there was a safe way to download this software in order for me to download iOS 7?
Also, does anyone have iOS 7 on the iPhone 4 yet? I was wondering how it's affected the general running of your phone, as I don't want my phone to be slowed down.

IPhone 5 stuck on iOS 7 update?

I've been trying to download iOS 7 for 2 hours now. My phone is on the software update page in settings, but its stuck on less than 1 minute remaining for the past hour and half. Does anyone know how I can reset that page to get it back to the normal page so I can restart the download?

I've already tried to reset it by holding the lock and home button.

Added (1). The download has moved along the bar at all, so it isn't going to.

IPhone won't stay on when unplugged, and goes to IOS 6 when plugged in

So I noticed my iPhone 4's battery was getting a little crappy, and eventually it stopped charging and I couldn't turn it on without keeping it plugged in on 1%, so i took the battery out, and whilst doing so, I accidental broke the solder connecting the battery to the motherboard. So now when i plug it in, it will either get to the apple logo and reset constantly, or go to an IOS 6 screen and say connect to iTunes, I can't restore or update it, and when i look at the battery it says 100% but when I unplug it, it just turns off, Is this a software malfunction in the phone? And will that solder that isn't soldered to the motherboard make a difference even if it's touching the connections still matter?

Please someone, help me. I NEED my iPhone back so bad!
