IPhone 5s Camera, Bigger Megapixels Better?

I just saw the keynote for the new iPhone 5s and they said that the camera is better than the previous generation. But the thing that confused me was that he said that there was bigger pixels. Less pixels. The other day I saw a commercial for a Nokia with like 42 mega pixels and that their pictures were better. So I'm confused whether more is better or less is better, so can an expert please help me with this question?

Iphone 5 upgrade worth it from a 4?

Right now i have the iphone 4, not the s. Just the 4.so it's a little older and slower. I just recently shattered the back of my phone and now that the 5s and 5c is coming out the 5 has dropped in price. I personally have decided i would need the 32gb because i use it for everything and it would seem to limit me and there would be no point in even spending the 100 dollars for it.however, the 32gb is 200 dollars and thats exactly what we just spent on my moms 16gb iphone 5 so i'm debating if it's worth it to get the 32gb iphone 5 because personally i don't want the iphone5s it's too high tech for me and too much *** comprehend you know? And the 5c isn't worth it to me. So would getting the 5 be worthless? I feel like it's gonna be exactly the same as the 5s until the 6 comes out so whatever you know

Well my galaxy s2s lock button will work wen it wants to and I want to take it back and just get a iphone but my sprint plan isn't up till coming march Is there anyway I can fix it and how much would it cost to just replace it with an iphone

Is this considered food stamp fraud?

I know someone who has been on food stamps for atleast 6 years. She has worked a few jobs here and there but not for very long, She use to baby sit 4 kids on the side for money. Her fiance and her have been together for 2-3 years. He is not listed on the food stamps and has lived in her home with her kids and has worked the entire time they have been together. She said they won't get married because the kids will lose their medical cards but his job offers medical insurance. They have bought a new home and 4 different vehicles in the last year and they eat out all the time and have 3 iphones all on a contract plan but they can't afford groceries? I want to report her but I'm afraid she will find out. She recently bought tickets to a concert she told me was expensive I just don't think this is fair or right that she has been on them for this long and its not reported there's a man living in her home with a job. What can I do?

How to fix my Iphone's YouTube browser?

Okay so I went from the mobile site of YouTube onto the regular site (I don't remember why) but now every time I type in YouTube in the url bar it goes straight to the regular sight and then I press the redirect feature to go back to mobile, but when I press something like history it takes me right back to the regular site! Or when I want to add a video to a playlist it just goes to a blank white screen and says error. This only just started when I decided to try the regular site. But can someone please help me!

Also I guess I should've mentioned this(not to be rude to the first person to answered because I know I didn't say it) But in addition to having an iPhone 4 it's also only an 8gig so not a lot of memory(Right now I have hardly any), but once I get my old ipod back I might get the app because this is ridiculous.
