Is the iphone 5s worth going into debt for?

I have only just took out a android smartphone but am very tempted to take out a 2nd contract so I can get the new iphone 5s but is it worth getting myself into debt for… Would I be better waiting for the iphone 6 or 6s when my present contract ends in two years?
I'm on benefits and don't have any savings and find it quite hard finding the £45 a month for the android contract so should I get the 5s and be possibly paying a total of £90 a month or more with the two contracts or would it be stupid to have two phones on contract… Should I just put getting the 5s right out of my mind and make do with having a go on my daughters 5s when she gets hers as she's due a upgrade… Lucky girl.

My iphone has froze onto the apple logo

Hey i've had an iphone 3gs for about 2 years now and never had this problem
when i turn it on it just goes on the apple logo, and nothing else
i've tried holding the top and home button together, that goes goes black
and the apple logo comes back.i've looked online and it said that i have to
hold top and home button together, release the top button and keep hold of the home button
while this is connected to my itunes and makes a little noise then it connects.
it comes up with a message saying restore iphone and when i click on that it comes up with a box saying are you sure you sure you want to restore iphone to its factory settings, all your media and and other data will be erased, and the newest veriosn of iphone will be installed.
i don't have any back ups on this laptop of my phone.
i really don't want any photos deleting or any media since i've not got any backups whatever, i know its stupid. But i'm in need of my phone at the moment for something important
i really need help as soon as possible i don't have any choice but to restore to factory settings, the pictures and my phonebook mean the most to me. Its not insured now so need some advice
would mean lot to me and thank you to anyone who attempts to help.
is there anyway i could turn it on without restoring? Even if i go into
my computor its not connected to the media storage etc its only
options is itunes.

Does iOS 7 GM void my warranty?

I have an iphone 5 on t-mobile and installed iOS 7 GM on it, I found a site where I pay 5$ and they register my udid with another persons dev account so I did it what I'm wondering is if I go to apple this Saturday to get my iphone replaced under warranty will they not do it because I have ios 7? I'm thinking that if they check my udid number they will see a dev account listed under my phone. I think depending on the employee they will ask for that email and pass to verify it is my account but seeing apple replaced my iphone last month without even looking at it really I don't think they would care, it only voided my warranty before because the betas weren't stable but the GM is so i don't know. Please give me an answer!
