How to restore my apps/music?

I had an iPhone 4 a few months back, with lots of bought apps and songs. Although since my iTunes wasn't working, I synced the phone to someone else's. After that I took their apple ID off and made my own, then bought all the things I did ( lots of apps an songs ). Now, I've bought a new iPhone 4, and tried using the same Apple ID, but it said that specific ID had never been used on iTunes. Which is false. After putting a new card number in, and checking my "purchased apps", I found that I had no history of anything I bought. I really don't want to spend unnecessary money, can someone please help get my stuff back?!

For example, a grocery list… If you want to remember a certain product that your friend has, and you want to remember just what something looks like, so you take a picture of it, and then with a little explanation. Or a couple words to tell what the item is.

So I got my iPhone 4 in August of 2010, and I've been happy with it, but the battery is done i have to charge it daily. I dropped it a couple weeks ago, and cracked the top left of it, and can't take pictures with the front. I really thought about going iPhone 5 last year, but didn't I'm just curious if you think this is the phone for me. I love my iPhone, and don't plan on ever getting a different type of phone.

IPhone 4 will not send pictures to one specific contact?

I can send pictures to all other contacts that are able to receive them without a problem. But with one certain person, the "image" option next to the place where you type your message is grayed out and I can't select it at all. He can send pictures to me, however I can't receive them. But it's only him. When I go to pictures and select "send as a message" and send it to him, it shows up as unsent with a red exclamation point next to it. He can receive pictures from other people, also. Just not me. Please help? By the way, he has a Galaxy 2 smart phone with unlimited everything. And I have an IPhone 4 with unlimited everything.

Should I Buy iphone 5s is it Worth it 10pt?

I have iPhone 4 without Siri or 3D map or nothing like that. BUT I do have unlimited 3G internet but if I switch to ANY new phones in general for Verizon, I would only be able to get 2 gb for internet use. But I want to stick to Verizon. What should I do?
