Ok so i have an iphone 5 on a plan. I was going to go to apple and have my iphone 5 replaced because its kinda starting to get slow for a new iphone 5. But since there's a new iphone coming out can i have my phone replace and get an iphone 5s and pay money for the extra cost of it? My phone is on a 2 year contract so what should i do? I live in Australia if you migt ask me anout the consumer law here.

I need a new phone, and I'm torn between these options. My iPhone 4 has given me a lot of trouble. The REPLACEMENT I had to get for my original one does not function properly as a phone anymore, and mu upgrade is up. I hear that the iPhone 5 is built a lot better and my friends that have them don't have any issues. I'm able to get the iPhone 5 at walamrt for $100, (I guess because they're coming out with the 5s!) I'm not sure if I should just get the 5 or wait for the 5s if it's worth it. The HTC One has also Really been tempting me, it looks amazing. The only thing I'm afraid of with that is the camera quality. It's 4 MP, ultrapixel. People say it's actually pretty decent but I'm afraid it's not. What do you think I should do? I know it's only a phone but I want one that will last.
I back-uped my iPhone on the old itunes before I updated to IOS 7 but then I had to download a newer version of iTunes for the IOS 7 to work.
When I went to restore my phone, it said it had never been back-uped before and it erased everything on my phone…

I keep going on youtube and when I click on a video, it keeps on going to some Kia commercial and I have to wait 30 seconds for it to finish. When it does finish it just pauses at the end of the commercial and when I press play, it just goes to the beginning of the advert and this keeps happening over and over so I can't get to the video. It's rather annoying:@ and my iPhones a month old. Any suggestions please?
