Turning off Roamingg charges on Iphone 5?

So I'm leaving for Miami in a couple of hours and I recently just got an iPhone 5 which I love it to bits but there's one thing everyone is telling me I should be worried about and that is the roaming charges… I was hoping that there was a way to turn all that off? I've shut off the cellular, The Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & Personal Hotspot and now I've got it on Airplane mode for good measures, is there anything else I need to worry about or what?

What's a good price to sell a used iphone 4 16gb?

A buddies girl friend dropped her phone in the river kayaking and she needs a new phone but she's not eligible for an upgrade but I'm and I've been thinking about getting the HTC One, Iphone 5 or the Galaxy S4 for sometime now. Well this might be a good time to help us both out. If I sell her the phone it will ease the blow of buying a $200 phone and extending my contract and she won't need to buy something cheap. My phone is in good to great condition and I was thinking $125. On ebay I saw one just go for $185 but this way will avoid me having to do any leg work and it helps both parties out. Is $125 a fair value on both ends or is one of us getting ripped off? Also, I'm leaning heavly towards the HTC One because I've had the Iphone 3g and now 4 and it just seems more of the same with the 5 that my wife has. Do you have any experince with the HTC One, Iphone 5 or the S4 that pushed you towards that phone?

D you think I'm being selfish?

Me and my boyfriend have just had a fall out because he broke my phone yesterday and I have no way of contacting my mum who lives 442 miles away from me and I hardly see her due to that we both are having money issues:/ and I kind of got angry with him now because I have no spare phone and I have to wait 3 months till my birthday to get a new phone. He was calling me selfish and he and out with that he bought me an iPhone it's either 4 or 5 for my birthday, And I told him I don't deserve it and he started calling me selfish, is it right? Am I really being selfish for not feeling I don't deserve to have money spent on me?

Is it possible to jailbreak iPhone 4S ios 6.1.3 when the jailbreak for it comes out after ios7 comes out and then update my phone to ios 7 and keep the jailbreak?

Full story:

I bought my iPhone off a friend, who previously got it on bill pay, but stopped paying the bill, so they disabled the phone.
He got the phone jailbroken to bypass that, and now the phone is working properly, pay-as-you-go, but it is jailbroken.

The phone will NOT work without being jailbroken.

I was wondering how do I update it from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 6.1.3? (Keeping in mind it NEEDS to be jailbroken to work)

Is it normal for teenagers to be angsty and throw tantrums?

OK I'm talking about myself. I do realize that it's VERY immature and I wish I could stop myself from having my outbursts again but it's hard. The thing is I have VERY low self-confidence and whenever I don't like an aspect of myself or get things my way, I sometimes would yell at my mom and sit down and cry. If I get SUPER angry, I might start throwing stuff around. I'm really more of the crying type… And my mom would yell back at me and it sucks because it makes me feel worse about myself. I feel like I'm trying to get people's attention and I find that so disgusting about myself!

Like for example, I really want to become fitter but today most of the food I ate was junk food because there was nothing healthy in the house to eat. So I was going to go out to buy some fruits even when there was a storm. My mom started yelling at me for bringing my iphone out (she was afraid it would get stolen or something), and then I got really mad and threw one of those fits.

So anyway, is it normal? Or do I have anger issues?

Okay, like a month ago, I remember commenting on this girl's picture on Instagram (few people liked it and some of her friends commented on it before and after I did). I commented "Cute. " and she responded "Thanks". On the IG app on my iPhone you can see previous notifications and I don't post on IG that much, so I could still see her notification. Then like a several weeks later, I noticed it was gone and thought it was odd (maybe the app or IG is glitching). I then went back to the pic I commented on to see what happened and she deleted all the comments.

I kinda have a crush on her (I'm 17, she's 16). We never really talked in school, except only one time when she lost her Driver's Ed book and I found it on the ground and I returned it to her the next day.
We follow each other on Instagram.

I'm sort of new to IG (49 followers and 93 following). I don't follow people I don't know except for few famous people.
