I have an iPhone 4S, and my boyfriend has my iPod 4th gen. We've FaceTimed before, but we usually have a problem where neither of us will receive the calls we send to each other. I'll call him, and it will tell me it's ringing, but he never gets the call. It's the same when he tries to call me. Very rarely will we get this to work. I'm using Wi-Fi, and so is he. What could be causing this problem, and what can I do to stop it from doing this?
Okay, so I watched a tutorial on Youtube. This guy showed how to install game emulators without being jailbroken. And his turned out fine. I followed the instructions and everything, but mine is running slow and is lagging, and it makes gameplay nearly impossible, unless you're patient lol. Please help me! Is there anything I can do to stop it lagging so much?
So for about 2 months now I would get a "Sim failure" message followed by "invalid sim" where my carrier should be, every 4 hours to 1 day. Usually a soft reboot would fix it. But today it gave me "no SIM card installed" and when I rebooted it, the it would give me the same message after about 30 seconds to a minute without fail. I got a new SIM card now, and here's the thing, I stopped getting the "no sim" message but the "invalid sim" message came back, and the phone works for about 1-2 minutes at most and then it pooches out again. So obviously my SIM card reader must work to some extent.
What can I do short of paying to get it fixed? I have no warranty. Could this be a software issue? The problem prevailed from ios 6.1.1 all the way to iOS 7.0 beta 6.
I have and ipod touch 5th generation and my cable broke, i want to buy one online but the only sell iphone 5 chargers will that work?
I accidentally deleted one of my contacts and I was wondering if i would be able to recover it? I have an iPhone 4S.
Yes I have tried swiping and deleting and I have tried the big red delete button. But for some reason 2 of my voicemails refuse to be sent to the deleted messages part of the voicemail box.
Added (1). Amy you clearly did not read my paragraph under my question as I have tried that
I always use Siri to set reminders and she always asks "when would you like to be reminded" but in the past week when I do it she skips "when would you like to be reminded" part and just says what my reminder is and "shell I create it" and when I say "yes" It sets to some default time. Why is she not asking me "when would you like to be reminded" anymore so I can tell her a date and time. Anyone know why?
Just wondering I heard people talking about stuff and it sounds like there the same thing what's the difference?
I have iPhone 4s. Last time I FaceTimed was… At least 4 weeks ago. The restriction is off, the camera is turned on, and FaceTime is on, too. However, there isn't an option/box/whatever-you-call-it for FaceTime on contacts… Oh, and I got my iPhone last November.
