Okay so say like your teen son/daughter brought an iPhone themselves and if they get introuble or you think they are hiding something from you on their phones. Do you have the right to take their phones even if they brought it and are paying For it? I'm not a mother but I was just curious to see what people think

I've gone to multiple sites and apps that are listed as being supported but when I go to the checkout there's no apple pay option. I've tried on both my iPhone 6 and my MacBook and I couldn't find anything. Am I missing something or is apple pay only supported in-store in Canada?
Ok so I live in South Texas (literally neighbors with the border) and all the apple stores "close" to me are all in malls. Since I'm stupid and thought the iPhone X pre order was on friday at midnight (it was early friday) the only way I can get iPhone x is by going super early to an apple store and snatching one from their limited supply on Nov 3. But how can I make sure I can get a good spot in line if the apple stores are inside malls? How does that work?
Added (1). I'm obvoiusly not going to camp out inside the mall but I'm asking what can I do instead of the traditonal camping outside? Or what do people usually do in this situation?
The back camera to my iPhone is broken and also the flashlight and has a little barely visible crack on the top chin but if I trade it in should I tell them it's broken I don't have insurance on it
