How to collect and organize thousands of photos in various online/offline locations?

I have thousands of photos scattered amongst Instagram, facebook, shutterfly, my desktop, and an external storage device called Passport. Not to mention the iphone that is constantly adding to the mass…
I have copies everywhere that need to be deleted. All are family, life, and travel photos. We're not talking like 2 or 3 thousand here. It is much much more than that and I do my best trying to keep down the media.

Is there a software that connects all of these devices and websites that would have imaging memory and give me the option to remove all the multiples? Is there a person or company I could hire to do all of this? Naturally I want to stay safe and do not want my computer's information in the wrong hands. Is there a way I could collect them all myself in one location and just get started one by one? It is really bogging down our computer. Not to mention if anything happens to my computer one day, I'm lost without thousands of my kids photos. Don't know where to start I just know it really needs to be done.

Why does my voice sound weird on videos and recordings?

So I have looked it up and people say that that's how you actually sound. Like when we talk, we hear ourselves different because of all that bone structure and stuff.
So… I decided to record myself with my friend. I talked completely normal and played it back and asked her if that's how I really sounded and she said that that's not how I sounded at all. Like I sounded weird in the recording to her too.
So why does my voice sound so ugly and stuff. All of my friends voices sound normal in recordings so why doesn't mine?
How can I fix this?
p.s. I used my Iphone 4s to record.

How to decorate a rubber iPhone case?

I bought some iPhone cases from target they are belkin but I think they are to plain. I tried to decorate them with nail polish and mod podge glitter on to them but once the polish and glue dried it fell right off. Any ideas on what I put on them to make them pop. I would prefer ideas with glitter but if not that's okay.

I Wrote Something In My Sleep & Can't Remember What It Means?

I was going through my iPhone notes and apparently 3 days ago, at 4:41 am, I wrote down a list that consisted of,
Picture
The Rock
Ending The Call
Other Picture

I have no idea what they mean and all I can remember is watching "The Thirteenth Year" on Disney Channel. Is there a way to try and help me remember what my list means?

Accidentally got my iPhone wet?

Okay, here's the deal. I just got a job bathing dogs and I forgot to take my phone out of my smock pocket before bathing the dog and I soaked myself which, in turn, soaked my phone. I took it out when I was finished with the dog and then put it in my dry pocket (I was working so I didn't have time to really check it. It had a case so I thought it might be okay).
When I sat down to eat lunch, I took it out cuz it was buzzing and the screen kept slowly flashing on to shut it off. I turned the screen off whenever it did that and I took the phone out of the case so it could dry. I dried it on my shirt (that wasn't wet) and set it down.
Then the real problems began. The screen won't turn on or off unless I plug my phone in to charge. I can only turn the screen off and on about 3 times immediately after it's been unplugged from the charger.
I tried putting my phone in a bowl of dry rice overnight, but it didn't work.
It's a stupid iPhone, so I can't open it to get the battery out and there isn't an apple store nearby me and I really don't have a way to get to one unless my dad can come and get me, but I really don't want to bother him because he lives a good 30 minutes away.
Anyway, I'm wondering if there's anything I can possibly do to fix it? I have a feeling it's like a sort of short circuit in the battery? I'm not sure, I'm definitely no expert with technology, but I need my phone to work.
A friend tried to call me this morning cuz we were trying to make plans and I had fallen asleep and when it woke me up, I looked at it and it didn't say I missed a call. That must be another problem it's having. If I miss a call, it won't tell me that I did.
So yeah, if anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Added (1). I have no way to take the battery out. Apple has to do that
