He claims he never saw my fb message?

I sent him a fb message. He is using an IPhone. Is it possible that he haven't seen it. He claims he left the chat window open. But I have SENT written all over the message. He says he was charging the Iphone from the laptop. I'm just curious to know if he is lying or not.

Why are international calls barred on my iPhone 4s on EE's Tmobile network (UK)?

The problem is whenever I try to call abroad, I get a message saying international calls are barred. I use to make them before I got my iPhone so I'm not sure if it's a phone problem. I've called up T-mobile many times but they tell me international calls should be working and there's no issue.

Has anyone else come across this issue or know how to resolve it.
