Chances of being admitted to Stanford University?

I'm a senior in a public high school enrolled in a magnet program. I live in a city which is heavily influenced by gangs, drugs, violence, and it 8.5% high school dropout rate. I was born in Brazil and I'm now a naturalized citizen of the United States. Raised up with a single parent. Don't know if this will help but believe me, influences such as these can have a major impact on academic success.

Anyways, Here are my stats.

3.8 GPA - Not the highest I know. Decent Freshmen/Sophomore years; Straight A+ Junior Year
2280 SAT Score.
Took the hardest available classes.
- 8 AP Classes (including the 4 I will take once the summer is over)

- Junior Varsity and Varsity Soccer Team, Varsity Tennis Team
- Part of a program called BuildOn. Went to Malawi for 2 weeks and built a school for underprivileged children.
- Part of my debate team, won district wide debate against all local high schools.
- Maintain high school website (posting daily schedule, newsletters, etc)
- Created an iPhone application which can be used by students, parents and teachers to access school information and news. 600 downloads at the moment.
- I love to learn, never missed a day of school since kindergarten. (I know this won't help, but just saying)
-I have a passion for Computer Science and plan to major in it.

To be honest, I don't know if I'm well qualified and if it is worth to include Stanford in my application process. May someone please give me insight.

Why can't I back up my iphone to the last backup?

I had the iOS7 beta 3 on my phone 4 and I got sick of it so I downloaded iOS 6.1.3 to my computer for my iphone and did the restore. I backed up my phone to itunes before hand so all my latest information would be saved and then reverted the firmware back to 6.1.3. Now, when i try to reapply my settings, it only allows me to back up to a backup from back in 2012, even though it says that the last backup was tonight. How to I get all my stuff back? Please hurry!

Best slim yet protective iPhone 5 cases?

I'm getting an iPhone 5 and would like to get a slim case so it isn't bulky but still protective. I don't want clear, to decorative, or showing the apple logo. If you know any cases, write the company and series or leave a link.

Am I being paranoid or is my step-dad lying to me?

My step-dad and I have not had the best relationship. I generally don't trust most of the things he does and our personalities tend to not mesh well. I try to get along with him for the sake of my mom because I love her more than anything. They got married when I was 15 and I'm now a couple months shy of 18. Every night my mom and I go for a walk together for an hour and a half or so. Tonight I left my unlocked iPhone on the charger in my room on my bed. I usually don't do this but I was in a hurry. My step-dad was home with my step brother and sister. I guess while I was gone he got the opportunity to get ahold of my phone. When I got back, I opened my phone to read my texts. I realized I didn't have any notifications which was odd because I was texting a couple of people when I left. I opened my phone and one of the messages my boyfriend had sent me had already been read. Since I have my read receipts on, I asked him when it was read and it was during the time I was gone. I then double clicked my home button and looked at the most recent things opened and it was my messages, videos, photos, and settings. I walked into my living room and announced aloud to my family that someone had been going through my phone. Assuming it was one of the kids, I was surprised when my step-dad came in my room to tell me it was him. He told me that he was looking through it to better understand my little brothers iPod 4. He said he accidentally opened my texts. Also, the videos was on my fourth page in a folder labeled "never used", so I don't understand why, if he was looking for settings which was on the first page, he was way back there. If he was really wanting to learn more about it, why didn't he just ask me to help my brother? I also don't think my mom had anything to do with it because I heard him explaining it to her too. I would just like to hear what others outside of the situation think. Would you go through someone else's phone to better understand another device?

IFunBox doesn't install IPAs?

Okay so I've been trying to install emulators on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7 beta 3. Now before you say "go to emu4ios and you can get emulators there" yeah I *** know that's what I did before, but I want more than one emulator and I'm not going to wait two more weeks. Also I've already tried iTools too and yes I know I'm doing it right unless it's different on a Mac (yes I'm running a Mac because it's better than my PC, deal with it).

How to upload a video on my iPhone to YouTube?

I've tried and tried but the video keeps turning out with no sound. I'm uploading the videos to YouTube with my iPhone and not my pc and its getting really annoying. I've uploaded a video before and it worked, I just don't remember how or what I did differently.
