Is it against the law for a family member to film me, if I say, "I do not give you permission to film me" (in our backyard pool), if they then send the film through an IPhone application to strangers to me?

So I'm thinking about getting the new apple Ipod 5th gen but the only problem is there's yet to be a dock made specifically for the new Ipods and Iphone 5. If I were to buy a lighting to 30 pin adapter will I be able to play the new Ipod in my old 30 pin dock? The adapter would be just the small one, no cord with it…
Okay so I currently have a Blackberry Torch -the second version I believe. I have a 3 year contract with Rogers for my phone, and I will be approaching year 2 in October. The problem is that anything you have heard in a negative aspect about the BB Torches, I have been experiencing. Just to give you guys an idea: my phone always freezes, my music continues to play even when I pause it or stop it -I've even had weird cases where I've powered down my phone and it still continued to play-, my lighting for the buttons has begun to die for some keys, when I receive a text often times I can't view it or scroll up to read my past messages, sometimes my phone will freeze when I'm in the middle of a call so I can still hear the person however the screen is completely black and won't allow me to use it at all including hanging up, etc. Those are just few of the many problems. I would love to upgrade/change to an Iphone -with Rogers still of course, despite the fact that my plan isn't over. Do you guys think I could do this? And do you guys think I will have to pay -or pay a lot- even though I'm experiencing problems? Anyone with past experience with breaking a plan because of phone problems, or just any info and/or advice would be greatly appreciated!
So recently last night, I downloaded and installed the software update for iOS 6.1.3 and everything went fine the installment didn't have any problems until it really installed like the downloading bar with apple logo above it, the downloading bar went to 100% then it was weird cause the downloading bar stopped and started filling up again. So I waited patiently till it was finished and now at this point the apple logo is just there so i'm guessing it's going to turn back on. But like 1 hour later i check my phone and it's still at the apple logo. It's really weird i don't know what to do. And sometimes when it's still at the apple logo, when your charging your phone it vibrates once if you put it on the charger. I don't know i need help.
Most iphone cases are really expensive, but 22 dollars isn't too bad if the design is good? The price range on etsy is the same and on society 6 its 30USD + !

I registered my iPhones UDID with IMZDL.com and i've been hearing rumors that apple is going to disable iphones with UDID registrations that have not been registered through apple. Is my iPhone safe?
I've just got a new iphone and i'm only allowed a limited amount of internet. I'm just wondering will it cost if i use the internet at home or will it just cost when i'm outside?
I have completely restored the phone & synced with a new icloud account.
Is it safe to connect to Wi-Fi with? Or is he able to see the location seeing as it had been synced with his own icloud.

I have an iPhone 4 right now. I've been able to upgrade my phone for about a year now. My friend has a SG4; I've played around with it and I like it. Wondering now if I should wait to see what the iPhone brings since that should be out around Sept or just go ahead and get a SG4. Your thoughts please…
