Okay so I currently have a Blackberry Torch -the second version I believe. I have a 3 year contract with Rogers for my phone, and I will be approaching year 2 in October. The problem is that anything you have heard in a negative aspect about the BB Torches, I have been experiencing. Just to give you guys an idea: my phone always freezes, my music continues to play even when I pause it or stop it -I've even had weird cases where I've powered down my phone and it still continued to play-, my lighting for the buttons has begun to die for some keys, when I receive a text often times I can't view it or scroll up to read my past messages, sometimes my phone will freeze when I'm in the middle of a call so I can still hear the person however the screen is completely black and won't allow me to use it at all including hanging up, etc. Those are just few of the many problems. I would love to upgrade/change to an Iphone -with Rogers still of course, despite the fact that my plan isn't over. Do you guys think I could do this? And do you guys think I will have to pay -or pay a lot- even though I'm experiencing problems? Anyone with past experience with breaking a plan because of phone problems, or just any info and/or advice would be greatly appreciated!
