Is it bad to overcharge my iPhone 4S?

My friend keeps bugging me that if I overcharge my iPhone, then it will just completely destroy the battery. I think that isn't true. So is it bad to leave it charging overnight, and use it all the time while it's charging?

Tether jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 to downgrade to 6.1.2?

I ended up getting a new phone, not by choice, I had an iPhone 3GS with an untethered jailbreak on iOS 6.1. But now that I'm stuck with this iPhone 4 on 6.1.3 the phone just feels useless and annoying. I was wondering if I could tether jailbreak my iOS 6.1.3 and then somehow use that to downgrade my iOS. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to do it? If not, is there another way I can downgrade? (I can't use SHSH blobs as when I got the phone it was on 6.1.3 therefore I have none saved.)

IPhone purchases won't transfer to itunes?

Recently I purchased some albums on itunes directly from my phone. Normally when I even open itunes, it automatically downloads the albums I purchased from my phone without my phone even having to be plugged in. However, I was syncing my ipod with the same library and noticed a couple of the albums weren't showing up so I looked on my itunes library, and they're not there at all. I've tried going to file>transfer purchases from "iphone name" and it hasn't worked. My itunes has the same email as my iphone and ipod (obviously) so it should work. I've tried plugging in my phone as well and it doesn't ask me if I would like to transfer my purchases, nor does it let me manually do it.

If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, that would be helpful.
