I recently got a used iPhone 4S and it has a lot of scratches on the back, some run very deep and you can feel with just your fingers. The phone is still under warranty and I checked this up on Apple's website using my iPhones serial number. Will apple store replace my iPhone's back for free if I go there or no?

I'm a college student studying graphics and I heard people in my class who have started their own phone case company. I'm interested in also selling my designs and getting them printed onto a case but I was wondering if there was an easier way rather than buying quantities then selling them on ebay. Do you know if there are any websites or companies that can send my designs as soon as it is purchased otherwise I would have to buy designs, then put them up for sale which is a longer process.

Anyway, this Friday Warped Tour is coming up where I live. I found the old IPhone recently. I know it doesn't have a calling or texting function now but i wanted to use the apps. I want to have twitter notifications and the Warped Tour 2013 app. But whenever i try to download an app, it says that it requires IOS 5 or higher. I can't use my Android for the notifications and Warped 2013 App because it is not available. I got the old IPhone when it first came out. How do I update my old first generation IPhone? I
Scenario: I have an iPhone 5 and MacBook Pro. I use iMessages a lot while working. My estranged wife (who lives in another country) has an iPhone and just received an iPad from her aunt.
Problem: We use the same Apple ID username and password. That way, the music library is shared and the apps for my son that was bought using my username could be accessed. I do not want to stop giving her access to the user and pw.
Question: If she has iMessage on that new iPad, can she read the messages i text with my iPhone that I send back and forth between my friends. There are some things I text my friends about my strained relationship with my wife that I would not prefer her to read.

I might be getting an iPhone and i want to know if i get one what app or whatever can i get so i can text BUT WITHOUT Wi-Fi. And also, can i be texted to other phones other than an iphone?
My friend gave me their iPhone when she got a new phone, and I use the iPhone as an iPod. I have linked my Apple ID to use the iMessage and FaceTime, however, when I try to use it, it says "Waiting for activation… ". How do I activate it? It has worked before, yet I don't know why it is doing this now. Is there a solution? I already checked Apple Support but that hasn't really helped.
