Ok well there are these little spots on the back of my iPhone 5 and I don't know what they are. I tried washing them off with soap and water but never came off. What could this be? (The spots are same color as back)

They show up black on Instagram and I have no idea how to get those. Or the little black heart. I use emoji, but it just comes up with the red heart. Any help?
OK, so I'm not sure if they even make this, but ideally I'm searching for a full size keyboard version of what the iPhone, or other touchscreen phones can do; ie show locations of letters of a different alphabet. I realize that computers have regional settings and keyboard changes, but that doesn't change the actual printing on the keyboard. I'm a foreign language major, and I learn too many languages to deal with tons of keyboard stickers. Arabic. Thai and Russian are the most ideal examples. Anyone know if such a keyboard exists?
Added (1). I already mentioned I know how to change the keyboard setting on the computer. But once again, that's not what I'm looking for. I don't want to fumble around pressing every key until I find the right one. It would take me 30 seconds to type 1 word.
I was having a white i phone 4 and now i want some change and want my new phone to be noticed in the school so i'm thinking about black. But on the other hand i heard that white is more eye catching.
I have a iphone 4 that had att service, I never paid the bill and after 2 months the "at&t" sign in the top left of my phone screen switched to "no service". If I want to sell the phone does this mean it's locked or unlocked?
I'm saving my money for a tablet or a laptop, I decided I'm not going to get a laptop for the simple fact i only use my current one for music or social media. I have narrowed down my tablet choices to iPad or Microsoft Surface. The iPad is $399.99 and the Surface is $499.99 the surface is a 32gb comparing to the 16gb iPad. I only get paid $150 a week (underage kinda job) so i have to save 3 weeks for a iPad or 4 for the surface. Is it worth 4 weeks? I like the surface because it has a lot of office features, which i enjoy working on that kind of stuff. But the microsoft store doesn't have a lot of apps comparing to the iPad. Which is a great factor for it. But knowing i already have an iPhone and iPod i don't think i need games that much. Which should I get? Opinions on products? Worth the wait? Maybe a laptop is better?

Okay, lets say 1 dance class per week from sept-march/may costs $700. I don't really know how much a phone costs and a yearly plan costs, so how many dance classes can I get from lets say not getting an iphone my parents want to give me (which i really don't want, i want extra dance classes) AND the average amount of a yearly plan?
I'm going to save up my money. I can't decide what tho. Its between iPad, Acer Laptop, or a microsoft surface tablet. The surface is more for school stuff, and thats okay because i already have a iphone and ipod for apple apps. My current laptop has a bunch of problems, but i really only use it to listen to music now. I'm trying to narrow everything down. Please give your opinions on the items
I just got my upgrade from AT&T and noticed the volume buttons and mute switch don't work for some reason. Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just take it back to AT&T? Or will they just send me to the apple store to get a replacement?
