Orb around my face during picture?

So last night i was taking pictures, like usual, because it's my hobbie and i had devil horns on and everything, because i love dressing up, and i was using my iphone 4s camera that has a flash, and i took a picture of myself (press on the link to see it) and i was sending it t someone on snapchat and it had no edit or anything so i took it and there was this big round circle around my face and i got freaked out and ran to show my sister, and she thought it was an orb and i thought it was too, but i don't know i'm not for sure yet, and i was wondering what could it be, and yes this photo is edited, i didn't put the circle there and it's not because of the effect, unfortunately i don't have the original photo and please believe me i'm not lying, and i don't think it could be from the flash because every single time i took a picture with my iphone 4s back camera and flash on nothing ever came out like this, just wondering what it could be, thank you

Any good apps for learning how to draw?

Are there any good apps on the ipad or iphone to help me learn how to draw?

Added (1). Just a quick detail, when I say "learn to draw" I mean something that maybe has some practice shapes to draw and/or teaches about perspective and other things like that for people like me with zero drawing experience.

So currently I'm taking a game design for iPhone and iPad class and we're using Game Salad. For the class, we use the camp's computers. They have macs, and I have a Windows 8 computer. So if I don't finish that's it. I can't get a developer's account. So how and where can i find Game Salad for Windows. And if they don't have it, what is a VERY SIMILAR program to Game Salad?

What's wrong when i play music from iphone?

When i use to play music on my iPhone 4s on shuffle after one song it would shuffle to another song. Now when i play a song on shuffle it just replays the same song even when i don't play it on shuffle

They will pair together okay, but then the iphone says connection unsuccessful and the device is not supported when I try to send something from my blackberry, anyway I can fix this? So It is supported and will send files through bluetooth

Pandora won't play through car speakers via USB?

I currently drive a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu LT and I usually play Pandora on my iPhone via the USB out which is included in the sound systems inside the Malibu models. For a while everything played perfectly, but not it does not. When I plug it in, my car recognizes that it is plugged in and the name of the Artist and song appear on the sound system like normal. However, it only plays through the speakers on my phone. What is the problem? Should I get a different connection other than USB?
