Can you use iphone 4 with a att prepaid plan?

My daughter dropped my phone in the bathtub and now it will not turn on. I need to upgrade anyways so am looking for a new phone. My Mr has a iphone 4 and said he could upgrade his phone to the newest iphone and give me his iphone 4. The iphone 4 has not place for a sims card though suggesting you MUST have a contract with ATT to use the iphone 4. With my current iphone 3 there's a sims cards slot and I use the $50 unlimited everything prepaid ATT plan on it with no problem. So question being, can I use his iphone 4 with the same prepaid plan that I have now, or does the iphone 4 Def require a contract to use it?

Apple I'd payment option can't select none?

Ok this is my problem I had a credit are on my apple I'd but my mom changed her credit card so this one on my account is invalid but every time I try to update an app or download a free one it says that I have to enter a credit card I'm using the iPhone 4S and its on the latest software. I've tried to take the old credit card off but I can't choose the none option for payment options

It cost a dollar & my mom thinks they're going to keep paying a dollar every month. &i told her that it won't but she said you never know i'm like it doesn't work like that. ( she doesn't know anythiing about apps or even how to use a iphone ) she said to ask my dad but i'm scared because he doesn't trust me with his card he thinks i'm going to keep getting other paid apps but i'm not. I just want this app and thats it! I'm so scared to ask him >.< ! Advice?

Where could I get a good deal on iphone 5?

I've been looking to buy an iphone 5 for between 400-420 tops, I've been looking on ebay buy they are selling them for ridiculous prices like over 400 for a used one, I know they are not cheap but they retail from apple for about 500 so you must be able to get one for abit cheaper. I'm beyond confused on how to install game apps on my coby tablet. I see there's the GetJar app but all I find are free apps. I did a search and heard about android marketplace and google play which I have an account for but can't figure out how to install anything on my tablet. Help, please! How to get photos from iCloud? - 1

I had my photos backed up via iCloud on an old iPhone. When i got my new iPhone and restored from back up, my photos didn't come with it. I know they were being saved in my photo stream, but where can i find these pictues, and how can i get them on my new phone or computer.

Added (1). On icloud.com the only options are: mail, contacts, calendar, notes, reminders, find my iPhone, and iWork. NO PHOTOS

I want to buy an iphone 5 but?

My iphone 5 just got stolen out of my hands and one of my friends knows someone selling an iphone 5 with no problems almost new for like 130.it seems to me it would be stolen for that cheap of a price. How do i check before i get it or what happens if i tried to activate it and it was reported stolen?

Added (1). I already tried… The police said it would involve court and i don't want to deal with that over a phone.
