My iPhone 4S thinks in plugged into a docking station. It won't play sound out loud and the volume slider is gone. However ringtones still play and music through headphones works.
What's wrong with it and how can I fix it?
Please help! People are trying to follow me on instagram, but when they click follow, it says "requested" but then goes right back to "follow" a few seconds later, as if they never clicked it. Same if I'm on public, it will say "following" and then change right back. And i never get the notification. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting my iPhone, and deleting and re installing the app. No luck.
Okay so I was in the middle of watching a YouTube video on my phone. And then all the sudden at 1:30 AM my sound shut off. I was so pissed! So I looked at my side switch on my phone, it was off and I looked at the disturb button in settings it was off! An when I get a message no ring! There's no sound AT ALL. I tried turning it on and off it didn't work and I also tried double clicking the home button and minusing all of my apps didn't work!
I have an old computer windows xp and i need to restore my iphone 3gs which is in recovery mode, however, whenever i connect my iphone to the computer using the usb nothing happens.

I use Siri on my iPhone sometimes, but mostly just for laughs. I told Siri "Tell Kim I love you". Siri sent my girlfriend an "I love you" message. That was so cute. Siri works well, but has no practical value.
My Samsung Galaxy Note (first generation) came with a horrible voice assistant that popped up at random. When I played music on my phone the dumb thing thought I was talking to it. Samsung forgot to employ an off button. Thankfully it was fixed with a software update six months later.
I rented some Ford (do not remember the model).It had the same voice assistant (Vlingo). The button was in my way. I hit it with my knee all the time. The voice would come up and mute the radio. If I ever buy a car with that installed I will perform some electronic surgery and remove the voice from it.
I used to have a Motorola flip phone with the dumb voice assit button right were I would hit it every time I opened the phone. Some of my friends and I figured out the superglue disables the button nicely.
Do you use voice assist. If not did you come up with a creative way to be rid of it?

I have an iphone 3gs that has gone into recovery mode, however i can't access my imac for the next week. Is there any other way to restore/update my iphone using windows xp?
I have an iPhone 5 i purchased in February 2013. When using it as a hot spot, it works perfectly as long as it is unplugged… (i can run my ipad and HP laptop PC from it). The problem is when i plug the iPhone in to charge (since the hotspot drains the battery so quick), the hot spot stops working IMMEDIATELY after i plug it in. I've contacted AT&T and the apple store, nobody has been able to figure this out yet. This has been a problem from the first day I've had it, so any help or suggestions you may have are appreciated.
I update my iphone 5 to ios 7 for free and after like one hour right now all i get is an apple logo then a black screen does it repeatedly and i tried doing the home and lock screen thing didn't work, i connected my iphone to my itunes and it said i had to passcode and i had to enter it, i do have a passcode but as i said all i get is a freakin black screen and an apple logo, Please Help Please.
Do iphone 5s come unlock when you buy them?
