I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller?

I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?

A few years back i was looking at i phone 4 games and there was this game where the controls were, you had to tilt the phone to move the ball, Also there was no touchscreen control i think and you had to flick the phone upwards to make the ball go in the air and get to the other platform. The main objective was to get the ball to this hole, or the end of the line, the ball was red and the platforms were made of ice. Please help me and by the way i think it was a paid game. Well two nights argo i was pulling down my pants forgetting my phone was in my back pocket and it jumped into the toilet (just the water was in it) i snached it super fast and tried drying as much as i could with paer towels then it just shut off before i got the chance to turn it off. However the flash of the camera has been on this entire time. It was been in rice for the last 30 hours and the flash is still on. I tried turning it on but nothing will happen however sirri still beeps and when i switch the sound button it still viberates. Ok 2 days ago for my birthday I got an iPhone 4S from sams club under Verizon he batery drops rapidly and only last about 3 hours at
the most till it dies the version I have 6.1.3 I hardly have any apps running I only have 3 at the most at one time why does my battery die so quickly and would changing settings help and if does tell me the effects please and I know the double click home close apps thing il only have 3 things running at a time and the battery still drains and I have an iPad if that helps.
