What can I spend my money on?

Okay so as of right now I have $115 and I don't know how/what to spend it on. I get $25 a week from my mom for cutting the grass and then a little extra of I do something for my dad (like maybe $10-$20) so on average I get about $30 per week. Summers basically here because I have one more day of school. Anyway, do I save up until the send of the summer (I would have about $350) or do I spend it throughout the summer? Also if I do save up, should I spend it on a bunch of clothes/small stuff or should I buy something bigger and more expensive. My main question is WHAT DO I SPEND IT ON? Okay I like clothes but I have So many, I already have the new iPad mini and an iPhone 5 plus a Mac book air for school work. If I should buy clothes what are some good stores? Just to rephrase all questions I'm asking:

Save or spend?
Buy one big things or a lot of small things?
What should I buy if I saved?
What are good stores to buy clothes at?

In addition, I know that description makes me sounds really bratty and I realize my parents spoil me like there's no tomorrow so just so you know, I choose to cut the grass to show them I know how to do more than text and shop. Please don't call me out and say I'm a spoiled *** or something because I'm really not.

Using my iPhone as a personal hotspot?

Is it safe to use my iPhone as my personal hotspot?

When I eventually sell my iPhone, will it be possible for that person to somehow view / revisit all the sites I visited while using my iPhone as my personal hotspot? (Example: online banking, online shopping, paying my bills online.)

Emotional attachment to an iPhone?

I was offered the chance to recycle my iPhone today and get a free iPhone 5. As much as I desperately need a new phone, I've had my old one for so long that I've started to assign emotions to it. I do this with almost EVERY object - It's horrible. I'm literally comparing the phone to a puppy that I'm neglecting and giving to the pound or something.

How can I stop this? I need a new phone but I don't want to give up my old one!

Bringing my iPhone to the beach, how to keep it safe?

This will my first time going to the beach since I got my iPhone 4S. I'm concerned about the possibilities of water damage. I would prefer not to bring it, but I really want to take pictures of the beach, especially now that my phone has a higher quality camera. (And I'm not bringing my regular camera, I'm better at taking pictures with my phone for some reason) I also want to take a quick video, and then simply just in case of emergency. I was considering purchasing a waterproof case, but the cheap but durable ones I found online wouldn't arrive until Tuesday (with one day shipping), and that's the day I'm leaving. These cases aren't at my local stores, and I don't want to invest in anything expensive since I'd only be using this about once a year. What are some ways I can protect my phone on the beach?

I'm also concerned about theft. I will be with about 6 or 7 other people at the beach, but they'll be around the shore/ocean and our items will be unattended. Last year I brought my phone because it was one that most people wouldn't find valuable, but I'm definitely more concerned about bringing my iPhone. How do I make sure to keep it safe, even when out of range?
