Is this permanent water damage?

My iphone was dropped in a pool yesterday, I quickly got it out and dried it off and let it sit in a bag of rice. After a night I triee to see how it works. Everything was fine except for the sounds. Music will not play without being plugged in to charge or without headphones. The keyboard clicks and lock screen will not work either. When I have it plugged in my ihome everything works fine. Even when I quickly take it off and type it works but after about 10 seconds it goes away. Will these go away or is this permanent?

How much will it be to replace my Iphone 4s Screen

My friend, lets call her LaQeefa, Dropped my Iphone4s On the dirty ground! Anyways the top of the screen cracked but, the camera's still work so thats good news. I'm wondering how much it will cost ot fix, it has insurance so would anyone have a estimate or a site that could tell us how much on average it will cost to fix.

New settings for device installed?

I just unlocked my iPhone 4S and a message/alert came up that said "New Settings For Device Installed" I pressed ok, but it didn't take me anywhere? I don't know what these new settings are.

Iphone 4 dataless navigation app?

I'm going to backpack around Europe and desperately need a navigation app to keep me from getting lost! I have an iphone 4 and it will be dataless (no internet connection). Also, it will rarely have Wi-Fi.

Any suggestions? I heard it's possible to use the internal gps (assuming that doesn't use data) and get step-by-step directions.

I have been reading a book on Teach yourself iOS 6 application development in 24 hours but i have an idea for a game but it doesn't talk about openGL. So i was wondering if there are any good resources (books, websites, PDFs, ebooks) that are a good way to learn openGL.

I have a iPhone 4 & I had a lot of music but my computer broke. Does anybody know any good downloading music apps? I prefer it to be free & I want the whole song. Like I want to just download the song and later go to the app and play it with out searching for it!
