What WI-FI booster should I buy?

I want a wireless booster. I don't want a very expensive one and the range doesn't need to go that far. I will use it for my ipad and iphone. What do people recommend?

So I thought I was backing up the pictures on my phone to the computer when I pressed 'sync all folders'
Not until 200 unwanted pictures later. I realized tht it was syncing photos from my computer.
I can't delete the 200 hundred I put on there. How do I get rid of them?

I have had an iPod 5 for a while. I use it to listen to music on my way to school, and surf on the internet when I don't have a pc near me. I'm very happy with it. But I can't call with it. I have had an HTC Desire as my cell phone for over 2 years now. But now I need to buy a new phone. I really want an iPhone. (iPhone 4, iPhone 5 is out of my price range) So my question is: Is it worth paying around 500 dollars for an iPhone 4 when I already have an iPod 5?
