Ok so I'm helping my friends get fake ids. I know illegal and bad but they sent me pictures with white backgrounds and for the ids I have to have a blue background and I really need help finding an app that can allow me to change the background and I haven't found any good apps that can do that. Please please help and thanks for any answers
My iphone measures its signals as dbm (-50 to -100) however at times i find my Wi-Fi to be slower than my 3g or lte connection. In my house the Wi-Fi will range from -50 to -70 and when i'm outside my 3g or lte may be anywhere from -70 to -100 and its still pretty fast or even faster. I'm wondering how do you determine how fast your phone can download data? Does dbm just measure the signal strength ignoring how fast each signal can actually download data? Would a -70 dbm 3g connection be the same or slower than a -70 dbm lte connection?
I just got a brand new iphone 5 a few days ago and my parents are making me get a good protective case. They want me to get an otter box but I don't like the way they make the phone 3x bigger. I found this Speck case I heard its a good case and I really wanna get it. Are there cases better then that one? I need a good case that won't break and will protect my phone. I don't really have a price limit on a good case.

How do people do that to their apps?
I got it out and didn't think to turn it off. I had music playing and it stopped. I dried it off and it's been in a bowl of rice since 5. My back camera has water droplets inside the camera (it looks foggy) and my flash won't shut off. My phone was on 75% when I dropped it. It's been 5 and a half hours. Shouldn't the battery have died already? Will my phone ever work again? And how long should I keep my phone in the rice?
I just got an iphone and the only music that is in the itunes app on my phone are the songs i bought on itunes. How to i transfer All the songs i have on my itunes to my iphone? Like the songs i downloaded (not purchased). I plugged in my iphone to my pc and it said it synced but none of the songs are on there!
also, how do i put songs in the Music app?
Are there any apps or websites i could use to download free music right onto my music app on my phone? If you know of any YouTube videos that show how that would be great too!

Before I left for my 2 week long vacation in Las Vegas, I was smart enough to put insurance on my new iphone 5. Sure enough, my new phone got stolen on the very last day I was there… Now I'm trying to figure out how to make an insurance claim and it sounds like if you report the phone as stolen they're going to want a police report. I'm thousands of miles away from Vegas and obviously can't get a Las Vegas police report now that I'm home. Would it be better to report the phone as lost so I don't have to provide a police report? Or should I be honest, report it stolen, and hope they accept the claim without a police report?
Added (1). I'm also worried they'll find this suspicious since I just recently put insurance on the phone… I'm really not trying to fraud them! I just want my iphone back and not have to pay $650 for a new one!
So I know this is a longshot but I figure there's no harm in asking, maybe someone out in the land of the internet will be nice enough lol. I want to try out iOS7 on my iPhone 5 however I do not have nor do I know anyone that has a developer account for me register my UDID and give it a test run, would anyone be happy to add my iPhone UDID to there developer account to allow me to test it out?
