Why is my iPhone 4 battery dying so fast?
In school today, I didn't use it at all. It was at 98% when school started, then 7 hours later it was at 12%! It usually only gets down to 90% at the end of the day. What's wrong!

Added (1). I've gone through the trouble shooting and played around with it. I enter the password correctly and it just says unable to connect.

If I'm on a call while it is time for an alarm to go off will it make noise? Also will the person hear the sound of it? Like for example when your phones of vibrate the person on the other end can hear the vibrate if you receive a text.

I dropped my iphone 4s in water
I dropped it in water for just a second. The touch screen still works, but it can't play any sound and it keeps restarting every time I try to turn it off. I finally gave up and put it in a ziplock bag full of rice while it's still on. I couldn't find any red dot in the indicator places either. What should I do now?
Added (1). Oh, it was also in an Otterbox case, the defender kind.
